I returned this product for the paste based on the recommendation of a carpenter. I used the FlexSeal Paste to seal around a window air conditioner. It did okay.
Can any product advertised so heavily really meet or exceed expectations?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently have an older concrete stationary/utility tub where my washing machine empties into. It is leaking underneath so I was hoping that using the Flex Seal Liquid would help me to seal off those leaks. The can opens easily just as a paint can & after stirring I applied with a brush. It did have a smell to it but it wasn't anything that was so strong that it was overpowering. The Flex Seal seemed to apply fairly easily. Unfortunately, when I went to test it out, my tub was still leaking just as badly as before. I'm hoping that maybe it's because I just need to apply a thicker/2nd coat so I will be giving that a try. It was a bit difficult to apply due to being on the underside of the tub. I also am not 100% sure that the concrete was dry. It looked dry on the surface but not sure if there might have been moisture within the concrete that impeded the ability of the product to work as intended. While I was disappointed with the result, I am not writing it off completely. I'm going to give it another shot & hope that with an additional coat, I will see the results I was hoping for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Flex Seal it’s liquid rubber in a can! I used it on my gutters and it’s very easy to use! You can brush it on, roll, dip or even pour it on, it can be used on anywhere you need a watertight, flexible coating. Prevents rust and corrosion and it’s even mildew and chemical resistant. It’s non toxic, non hazardous and non flammable, it’s even safe around pets and plants.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the FLEX SEAL LIQUID in gray because i got a leak in my Sunroom Roof. The roof is out of Metal and it apears that the leak was right at the seal. I brushed some Flex Seal on the area, a couple days later, it rained and i did not have a leak anymore. I am so impressed with the Flex seal how great it works and how easy it is to use and highly recommend it !

We had a small hole on the outside of our concrete foundation and ants were steadily climbing into it. First I sprayed to get rid of the ants then I applied a generous coat of Flex Seal Liquid let that dry, applied a second thin coat to make sure the hole was sealed up and it worked perfectly.

My Husband waters all our Flower Beds every night and is Very particular about which Hose he has to work with. So of course it was a Major problem when his Favorite Hose sprung a leak. Of course he was going to throw it away until I stepped in and said to use my Flex Seal Liquid. Oh, he was very hesitant to try but but he did! He applied just one application of the Flex Seal Liquid on his hose and it sealed the hole which produced No leaks!! The Flex Seal Liquid now sits in my Husband's "Man" Garage being talked about with his Buddies!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Flex Seal Liquid is thick and provides great all weather protection. It is a little hard to apply and uses some elbow grease to spread it out. It fills small cracks and crevices helping to keep moisture out. Make sure to use this outside or in a well ventilated area because the smell is very strong. I couldn't recommend this product more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My latest product to review is the FLEX SEAL LIQUID. I received a large 16 ounce container in white. I used this sealant to repair a small hole in the floor of the garage. A heavy object had fallen on the cement floor and cracked the floor and created the small hole. I cleaned and vacuumed any loose particles of dirt and cement from the hole before I poured Flex Seal in. I applied just one coat to repair the crack and hole in the floor and waited two days to allow enough time for it to dry. I think the repair job looks great and seems to be holding up quite well. This flex seal is a liquid rubber sealant that can be used on so many things. It starts as a liquid that can be easily poured from the can and dries to a watertight, rubberized coating. It truly is liquid rubber in a can!
