We needed better storage to clear up and organize the garage. I purchased 2 of them. I am not that handy so it was a bit of a project to get it installed. My studfinder did not work through my popcorn ceiling. After consulting YouTube we were able to get one installed. The racks are built ok but some of the screws holes are difficult to align right and I stripped a bolt. I replaced it with a slightly smaller nut and bolt combo. The racks should really come with nuts and bolts instead of struggling to align those holes. I read some version does come with that option. I purchased a handful of them in case I have more difficulty assembling the next rack. In spite of the problems I am still happy with it now that one is complete. I'll be glad to have the garage more clear and organized. It didn't help that the builders of my home have some of the beams off a few inches. 26 instead of 24 in a spot or two. Luckily I saw a trick to use magnets to find the studs in my ceiling

I am happy with the product. Having another person is helpful for passing pieces to you while on the ladder.
And holding bottom frame to mount. Make sure to measure out where your ceiling brackets will go so your arms coming down will attach in middle of ceiling brackets. I would also recommend using ratchet with hex bit to put bottom frame pieces together. They fit really tight and using the included tool can be really tedious.

Excellent product but you need to know your abilities. Even with people who have done similar projects, this does take time, planning and measuring. You need to be able to locate studs in your ceiling and visualize. if your studs are running long ways, the ceiling brackets can be turned 90-degrees and even shortened with a hack saw. Location of the ceiling brackets is the hardest and most critical part.
