We got this as a second choice because our first choice was much higher than space we had. The motion sensor is underrated. This unit is perfect for water conservation.

The water was coming out in a messy spray instead of the steady stream. After initially being disappointed in our purchase for several days, we contacted the company and they sent us a new aerator immediately. Problem solved and we are very happy with it now. Other than a slight inconvenience we’d recommend it especially for the “one day special sale price” I purchased it at.

The Flow Classic pull Down kitchen faucet inspired by BioBidet: I love the simple and classic styling of this beautiful kitchen faucet. Not only well constructed, but well designed and extremely easy to install. I installed mine in only 20 min. after removing the old one (which took considerably longer.) I particularly like it's clean and crisp water flow and shut off controlled by a Drip-free Ceramic Cartridge. I highly recommend this product and expect it to last for years. It comes with a 5 year warranty.

I love love this faucet! The motion sensor is awesome especially when doing multiple things at a time. It moves easy side by side is a plus! Easy install as well! I’m a such a happy customer! Thank you for making my life easier!

When I bought this, it showed IR sensor and pull down would turn the faucet on/off. The manual even has troubleshooting steps for this. Called customer service and was told this is not a feature and the manual/listing will be updated. For any searching for faucet pull down features on their new faucets, it won't have it. Worthwhile upgrade to touchless on/off. Family was over for the 4th and kept turning off the handle, so you'll have to train people who have never used one.

Nice high neck faucet. The only issue I have is that the faucet has to be turned on in order for the no touch system to work. Overall very happy for the price.

This faucet is easy to install and surprisingly good quality for the price. Love the look and auto on/off function. A nice upgrade at my lake cottage.

The faucet has nice design. Water flow is good. The retractable head doesn't always retract back into position (see picture).

Installed in my butlers pantry so it didn’t get a ton of use anyway. The cheap plastic connection broke detaching the hose and flooding my kitchen despite the water being off. Waste of money, waste of money having it installed, waste of money on fixing damage to my cabinets and floors.

I was replacing a Delta Touch where the sensor stop lighting in less than a year, but still functioned and now broke. I bought this Flow motion sensor to replace it. Upon opening it was immediately evident that this faucet was 100 times the quality an durability of the Delta I had which was supposed to be a top quality Delta. The quality of my Flow motion is far superior even down to the base plate. Installation, a quick connect breeze!

It is a great faucet and looks so good on my new apron front sink!! Love how you can easily pull it down and switch to spray for easy sink cleaning or dish rinsing! It was also not bad on the price but looks expensive. I’m really impressed with it so far.

Just installed this faucet replacing a spring pull down style, and so far love it! I love the hands-free feature, and it doesn't have too hard of a spray, yet it is powerful. Compared to what I had before it is 10 times better. With the spring savings deal, made it an even better value.

Bought this faucet in champagne color, and it really matches well with our counter top and decor in the kitchen. I completed the installation in less than an hour, and the instructions are easy to follow. Motion sensor works well and I like the pull down sprayer that also activates the flow of water as well when pulled out for spraying. This is a well-built faucet, and I'm looking forward to years of service. Highly recommend!

Easy to install and works real great! Hardest part of the installation was working around the drain pipes under the sink.

Activating the faucet can be done manually and by pulling the nozzle down. To deactivate the faucet, simply return the nozzle to the normal position or you can also manually use the lever. The sensor is great so you don't have to touch the faucet especially when your hand is dirty. When installing this faucet against a sink with backsplash, consider the lever clearance. One improvement: bigger nozzle or silicone shroud so it's not slippery. I highly recommend this product.

We purchased the FLOW Motion Activated Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Brushed Nickel and we LOVE it!! We have had several faucets in the last and this is by far our favorite! It has helped us save on our water usage, easy to install, and kid-friendly!

The ONLY issue with it has been that the pull down part sticks, but I barely use it.

Now that I have a hands free faucet in the kitchen, I'll never go back. It's amazing how functional and efficient it is to have when cooking/prepping/cleaning. The motion sensor works extremely well. It's well packaged and well made.

I upgraded my kitchen sink with this Flow Goose Neck faucet. It was very straightforward to install and works great. I especially like the pull down faucet head, which makes it so easy to clean the sink and rinse the dishes. The water flow on/off push button on the head is an added bonus,

I’ve been looking for a motion kitchen faucet that wasn’t made of plastic like a lot of name brands are made of now days. This one fit the bill, easy to install and seems to be high quality. It works really nice and looks really nice as well. I had to laugh the other day because my wife tried to use the motion on the soap dispenser (there isn’t one) she’s gotten so used to the faucet having a motion detector . If you need to speak with someone they are easy to get a hold of and there super nice.

I love the motion sensing for turn on and out off when returning the faucet head. Easy to install and works as expected. My water lines come in from the bottom of the cabinet so the hoses didnt reach and had to buy extension hoses. They should extend the length 1' for bottom entry water lines. Other than that we love this product.

I do a lot of cooking. I was constantly running the water in and off. I have butcher block counters and they always had water from my dripping hands. This faucet is incredible. I can waive my hand and the water goes of or off only dripping in the sink.
