Love their plants
I love ordering plant from Home Depot especially evergreens. I have ordered and received so many beautiful plants that are definitely priced fair, and healthy, and big, with free shipping to boot. I will continue to order from home depot because I've gotten better plant from here then some mail order nurseries.

I ordered online. Plants arrived broken and were delivered upside down, every single one. Not an accidental one delivered wrong. The grower didn't bother to correctly secure the plants in the packaging and what I recieved was a pile of garbage not living plants. I WILL NEVER BUY PLANTS ONLINE FROM HD AGAIN.

These plants arrived in rough condition and have continued to deteriorate. Several had centipedes and other bugs in the pots. I have since sprayed the plants to eliminate the bugs and am desperately trying to keep them alive, so far it has seemed a lost cause.

Dead in 3 weeks
1. Shipping arrived late. 2. Came complete with unexpected bugs - slugs were very much still alive when plant arrived. 3. After using recommended products and following all instructions - both pants ordered were dead with in 3 weeks.

Plants arrived within days of ordering by FedEx and they were boxed by the nursery in AL to ensure that they would arrive intact. Outstanding packaging. The plants were healthy and good size. I would not hesitate recommending Home Depot to others who are looking to buy plants online from them.

Arrived in poor condition
This plant arrived two days late, and the bottom of the box contained almost an inch of dead leaves and soil. The shrub itself was wilted and would appear unlikely to survive being planted in the ground.
