It was cracked from top to bottom when we unboxed it! Looks nice but can’t use it!

We purchased on 6/24/19 and used 2 times: the rim of fire pit has 2 cracks and it’s only 6/29/19, not even had for a week. We are returning to local Home Depot!

I love that everything was thwrw and no assembly was needed. Beautiful design which compliments my garden.

This is high maintenance fire pit, small print on the instructions that came with it says that fire pit should not get wet or it may crack, can't get the fire pit too hot or it may crack. After reading all this I took it back to the store and bought metal ring fire pit.

It’s heavier than a metal pit, but is very attractive. We’ve used it a couple of times and love it.

I had to return to the store to buy a diamond tipped drill bit to drill a drainage hole in it. It filled up with water on Halloween. If it were to be Winter it would have frozen and broke. O' and the drill bit was $18.00...

Cracked on first use. On second use more cracks appeared. If I picked it up now I think it would fall apart. The metal grate on the bottom is completely warped. I'll be returning it.

What you see is what you get. Assembly takes 30 seconds. I have had four fires in it so far. It looks great on the patio, and supports a nice sized fire. the grate in the bottom allows for good combustion air circulation, and helps control smoke. The clay bowl radiates heat evenly. Don't allow rainwater or melted snow to freeze in it. It may crack.

Well used it, cracked from the heat on the inside. So hoping just from first use. Got so wouldn't rust has cover so my dogs can't get into it. So far okay. Time will tell.

i have not had the opportunity to try this clay pot out yet. I am concerned about the negative reviews i discovered it had after I bought mine. Im going to wait after I use it to see if it will crack such as one did on the review I read. I hope it will be great, it was a birthday present.

I bought this last month because it was so pretty and deep. I finally has a fire this week. After it cooled I noticed 3 big cracks from the rim down the sides. When I dumped the ashes out, it started to crumble. I am going to return it today. Super bummed.

I love the look, the size of it. I used it one time already and made sure to keep the fire small like the directions said. After I purchased it, I read the reviews that it cracked easily when used. I hope it doesn't happen.

The look of this fire pit is very nice however the quality is garbage. After one use, it cracked in more than one place. We live in Florida so it didn't even get much use in the 6 months we HAD it... HAD as in my husband went to move it and the top ring completely cracked and practically crumbled. We had it in a covered outdoor area and maybe used it not more than 10 times within 6 months. I'm frustrated that such a nice looking piece only lasted 6 months... it's not in pieces in the garbage can at the curb. what a waste of money...
