I do not know yet, It is still in the box. I am waiting for a warm day, or in the early spring to install it

It arrived with a crack in the ladder at floor level

Easy install with 2 people..

Ladder works very well. The only spot where instructions were fairly useless was adjusting the length of the ladder to suit ceiling height etc. Couldn't make heads or tails of the diagram, had to figure it out on my own. Images only for instruction manual is not ideal. Regardless, very happy with the ladder, wish the price reflected pre-pandemic... should not have doubled in cost by summer of 2021 [before interest rate hikes]

Good value, but the directions should be in English and not just pictorial.

Very sturdy and I like the pole key as opposed to the dangling string that most other models have that smacks you in the face each time you walk by.

Did fit odd size opening

I am satisfied with the cost and the ladder. However, I did not think to ask if it comes with a pull down string and it DOES NOT. It just seems logical that you would need one....Therefore, if I had to do again, I would buy another ladder with a pull down.

Had to modify ladder to fit my 6ft 10in ceiling, but ladder quality held up. Works well for my setting.

This is the second unit that arrived from the factory that was miss built. This time I fixed it because I did not want to try at third time. I would not recommend this manufacture.

Well made and easy to install independently. High performance is worth the price in my opinion. Will be purchasing again in the future.
