A beautiful door. Far exceeds my expectations. But the associates get a 5+ rating. The supervisor in the door dept. worked her magic. The 2 warehouse women who unpalletize the door took such great care. The Hilo store could not figure out how to order the door. The Kona experience was wonderful, even the guys who loaded the monster on my truck. Thanks, Don

The door is gorgeous. The only issues was I had done a search for an exterior door with left side...
The door is gorgeous. The only issues was I had done a search for an exterior door with left side light. This door came up. The side light is on the right. The opening was the same, but it isn’t listed anywhere. The only way to tell is be the pictures.

Arrived on a pallet upright. Well packed, no damage. It's a beautiful door and side light. Looked and looked for the perfect door and this is it. Arrived on time intact. Even with the cost of freight, still a reasonable price for a beautiful door.

The saying goes.. you get what you pay for. Great door for the price.. but a few adjustments were...
The saying goes.. you get what you pay for. Great door for the price.. but a few adjustments were needed to make this door fit. The biggest mistake that required wood putty was... where the doorknob latch meets the frame side plate. It was off a half an inch upward. So I had to chisel out a new hole for the plates to sit in. Leaving an indentation in the frame from the preset one.. no clue how that leaves the assembly line but it sure did with mine..

We are sorry to hear about the issue regarding the latch or deadbolt plate- should line up- in most cases you will have to enlarge the deadbolt latch prep just due to different plate sizes in the industry.
