It is getting dark early again and Halloween is just around the corner. I was searching for something classy to match the crystal glass and wrought iron style wall lanterns that light the driveway and pedestrian path to our front door. I like the clear glass "Edison Bulb" look of this 60w replacement LED set by FEIT Electric. The bulbs are dimmable, sip a paltry 5.5 watts, and give off 400 lumens. They have a nice warm color temperature of 2100k. I especially like the warm glow. I've immediately replaced lights in the past that had a cooler color temperature. They just didn't look right. The bulbs are physically taller than the typical bulb. See the attached photos. It made it much easier for me to screw them in. The box states that the expected life is 15,000 hours, the same as five incandescent lamps with a 3,000 hour expected lifetime each. The lights illuminate immediately, and there is no flicker. 5 Stars!

Definitely digging these bulbs. I have a ceiling fan that had standard (dimmable) LEDs but when I came across these, I immediately had the idea that they would enhance the appearance of the fixture and provide the same quality of light -since they too are LEDs. We decided to go with the soft white to get a mellower color from the bulbs than some of the brighter options that are available. We typically keep the light fixture dimmed low with a second lamp burning to get a nice soft color effect, so this enhancement is perfect. The bulbs are longer (lengthwise) as you can see in the photo and protrude from the globes in this fan - which isn't a negative - because you can see the old-timey filaments and the shape of the bulb which offers a real nice design enhancement to the room. The bulb shape is very stylish. Still, something to be aware of.

They are perfect for my open bottom outdoor porch lights. They have just the right amount of brightness and come in soft white to emulate the warm light output of an old incandescent light bulb. FEIT Electric makes good quality long lasting bulbs and these do not disappoint. I will gladly buy these again and definitely recommend them.

These bulbs are expensive and terrible. Just bought 12 of them. Within 1 day two were burnt out and I already threw away the boxes and can't return them.

Soft white offers nice lighting without being harsh.

The packaging says dimmable. I bought two packages and put them in the ceiling fan and tried to dim them and they barely change. Now I have to return them. Cool.

Great bulbs, lasted over a year

Great design for use where bulbs are exposed. Day bright light makes for a crisp view in the room.

These bulbs are aestheticly appealing but they do not have a long life. I have had to replace two of the bulbs within the first month.

The light bulbs were purchased for my lamp post. I wanted something that didn’t look like an ordinary bulb. I love my purchase. They are nice and bright and looks great, These bulbs certainly met my expectations. I love Feit bulbs.
