Bought this switch and 2 lights, the switch and one light didn't work. took them back and bought another switch and 3 more lights. Switch will not change anything on the lights and one light is bad. Taking them all back and will find another solution :(

Very easy to link/sync this remote to all of the under cabinet lights. Looking forward to installing this product in many more kitchens and dry bars.

Purchased this for our new kitchen remodel. Very happy with them. I looked at tape and well. Didn’t like the dots reflected in the countertops and looked at defusers as well. They all link so when you change one they all change. Mounting them is a little tricky. I found the easiest way was to tape the template to the cabinet, drill a very small starter whole. The screws need to go in straight or you won’t get a solid installation. I did use tape on the top of the cabinets from the same company and they are synced as well. Being able to adjust the color temperature and brightness for all of them at the same time gives a very even lighting look. Having some lights warmer than others doesn’t look as nice.

Could not get the handheld unit to pair with the lights. No instructs on how to open battery holder. Figured it out after awhile. Would not recommend any FEIT products.

Bought this system because the idea of not having to hardwire a light switch in was appealing. I hardwired the cabinet light in and it works fine but the remote refuses to sync up with the light. I’ve watched every YouTube and followed the instructions to the letter. So frustrating.

Impressive color & intensity options & very compact housing, but NOT Hard Wire-able. Connector space too small. 14 g. wire and smallest wire nuts DO NOT FIT in housing. Electrician tried over an hour (at $125/hr.) gave up. Box says "Place anywhere" & in bold "UNDER CABINET". Fastened to cabinet above with "keyhole" slots on top of the fixture it is very difficult to adjust it for a snug fit. Engineers, re-think these ("HARDWIRED, UNDER CABINET") issues for this otherwise exceptional work light.

Returning. Wouldn't sync to light. Battery cover wouldn't open.

Need electrician to install!

Only had one knockout on the rear panel, my wiring came from the other direction, there was no way to hook it up. Electrician (who I had to pay anyway) said most similar fixtures have 3 knockouts to accommodate a wide range of installations.

Couldn't get it to pair with my lights. Tried every combination of pairing and nothing worked. Bought everything brand new so there was no reason it shouldn't work.

Packaging indicates Plug in type vrs hard wire, When opened there is no wire to connect for power plug i just a link wire for possible future add on. Not much incentive here to buy more for this value

The remote works great. However, the quick start instructions on the remote are incomplete. I almost returned it as defective until I read the full instructions in the box.

Cool Idea, great light, but the attachment design sucks. You screw a couple of really small screws into the under part of the cabinet and then try to slip the light onto them. So there has to be some clearance to slide the light. A design works ok on a vertical wall, but not underneath as the light is loosely attached to the underside. You walk away and in the middle of the night the light comes crashing down on your sink. I used double sided tape to firmly attach it to the underside of the cabinet- we will see if it works. They either need to have a way to directly screw the light into the underside. Poor design.

PROs: They work and look fine. Persistent logic. Linking tested OK. CONs: (1) cheap soft metal woodscrews head-stripped upon insertion. (2) PVC case sags ~2-3mm when mounted as designed in the hole and slot config. #3 - only one knockout, field mods req'd, I built a wood case rather than re-roughing mains. #4 - wire housing doesn't run the length of the fixture, clumsy to insert solid house wire. Returned for lights w/ captive mounting screws, sturdier case, and bigger housing.

They did not work. I am returning them and hopefully exchanging them for the correct ones. ☹️

I just completed a 7 light kitchen install with a remote and the install went well. The one-synch cable system works great and allows multiple light to be connected together. Remote is a great feature and I actually mounted inside a cabinet which kept a clean look in the kitchen. Only problem was a missing set of mounting clips but found a way to work around that. Clips had to be shipped from CA which didn’t work with my installation time line.

Works great, but instructions are wrong if you are setting up a whole new system

The Feit lights put out excellent light. I like the various light level and hue settings. But, the fixtures were a little difficult to hang up and slide onto the mounting screws. Took several attempts to get the screws tight enough to hold securely under cabinets. Plus, you have to place them blindly since you can't see the screws when sliding into the fixture slots. Overall, the lights provide great lighting especially with the flat panel design.

Light bars and remote are installed under displays shelves. Five light bars controlled by remote. Really functions better than expected.

This remote does not work with the 6 foot tape light.

Because of health reasons uv lighting is not a good fit for my family, this LED light is beyond nice and helpful, it has 4 dimming options and 4 brightness options, installs quickly and is very slim.

Product was difficult to install but the light option were very good. The store parking lot was horrendous however; needs to be completely redone, especially for large trucks!!!!!
