Hands shorter than picture

I like the clock very much but the hands are much shorter than the picture on the website, see attach photo. Not sure if they put the wrong hands on it or what but in the picture online show the hands extend to the top of each number and the circle on the minute hand passes over the military time. On the hand barely extend to the bottom of the number and hand circles never make it past the inner cut out circle. Just a little disappointed
