Hard to use. Does not close properly. Hard to open. Even when closed properly, a small sharp protrusion remains.

Durable and effective

Clean, quick cuts. Ergonomically comfortable. Simple, secure lock in closed position.

After 3 months of no response to my request to get a replacement under the Bogus Fiskars Full Lifetime Warranty, I sent a follow up email and Carly S. of Fiskars informed me that sharpening is not included under the warranty despite the fact that I never said sharpness was a problem. Luckily I bought it with my Home Depot credit card which has a one year replacement policy. In short Fiskars won't stand behind their product and the brand is dead to me going forward. Buyer beware!

I am returning it, the clip that holds it closed is way too tight. It opened with difficulty and clip does not allow it to stay closed. I am not even trying to close with pliers. Really poor design or implementation. I will find some other brand.

Just the right size for my small hands. Worked well trimming my friveway length of ivy.

Bare bones. No plastic parts, good spring, comfortable handle and cuts great !

Not as powerful cutting as I thought, I should have gotten the more expensive cutters I guess.

Easy to handle. Like it locks to keep safety.

It feels like the metal construction and angle of the blade does give extra power to clips, makes cutting more comfortable for the wrist and minimizes stress on the wrist. Good choice for the extra cost.

These pruners did not even cut 1/2" stems well. Very disappointed and going to try and return

I bought these a few years ago. They dulled out when pruning a 3/4" branch and the top blade deflected into the bottom jaw and they won't cut cleanly now. I now prefer anvil shears (not the ones made by Fiskars). I wish I wouldn't have wasted my money on so many Fiskars loppers/shears over the years. I really like their axes and thought their other products would be good too. Felco is expensive but their F31 shears are the best.

The stud threads strip easily and cannot be replaced with a common bolt and nut.

They are sharp and cut easily just trying to get used to their shape.

Just used this pruner on some bushes decimated by the recent cold snap. They work well, providing a clean cut without a lot of strain on your hand.

I am very happy with this Fiskars hand pruner. It is ergonomic, and cuts small branches cleanly. I will probably get a back up pair.
