looks cheap
Im returning this product. It is very thin and flimsy. The color is not nice either. It is very yellow looking in person. We decided to spend the extra money for tile for longevity and a nicer appearance

A Bit Flimsy
This product seems a little bit flimsy. We were quite careful during install to avoid damage but are a bit concerned about long term. It seems it would be better with corner pieces. It does look very nice though.

Garbage
This kit is made of substandard materials and is violently overpriced. Followed the YouTube videos for installation and a plumber came out and said it all has to be ripped out because it won't be water tight. Thanks a lot.

Hi Tyler. As I expressed to you yesterday, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the product. You confirmed that you inspected the material and chose to install it. I would advise you again, to have another plumber give you an opinion. If the system was installed correctly there will be no issue with the surround being watertight and you should be able to use the shower for years to come.

Its OK
I installed this in July 2019. Its easy to clean - only need water end everything wipes off. Its mold free. No mold in over 2 years. The issue is the adhesive. I recently noticed that a 9" diameter is no longer adhered to the wall. Its away from the end so the surround still functions fine. Over time I expect the 9" area willl probably expand until the unit has to be replaced.The lifespan off this product is probably 5-7 years.
I think I'll do long lasting tile next time.

Hi Rob. We wish you were having a better experience with your Calacatta White Elite Tub surround. The adhesive should not be separating from the panel. If you would like, you can give us a call at 877-941-3662 and we can take a look at what it going on. The surround does have a 10 year warranty on the material from the purchase date, so if it is failing we need to take a look and see if you need new material. Give us a call and let's see what we can do to help!

Excellent product and excellent instructions, including the video from Flexstone's website. Went up without a hitch and looks amazing. You'll need to be fairly competent at scribing and cutting panels to get a flawless fit in the vertical corners, you'll be rewarded with a professional job if you take your time to ensure that the fit is perfect before you glue it up. Very happy and would recommend!

Although the pattern "Frost" was a little busier than I anticipated (way more marbled than the sample sent me), it still looks great. My builder found it very easy to install. I'm very pleased with it, and would certainly recommend it.
