this mailbox is a great value and perfect for our apartments that we manage.

We have a 40-unit apartment complex, where we have mailboxes on each side of the entrance 4 of 5 vertical mailboxes on the left and another set of 4 on the right. We had to replace one of them and searched for a similar one on the Internet. I found this 5 vertical mailbox on Home Depot site which appeared identical in shape and looks. The price was excellent compare to other sites. Like: 1) Nice looking and durable. It fitted exactly to the space of the old one. 2) Very easy to installed and our postman had no complaints about this new mailbox including replacing the main lock. Dislike: 1) This vertical mailbox is designed for both surface-mount and recessed-mount. For surface-mount, it requires another kit per the manufacturer. This kit is not available at Home Depot. 2) Have to find another retailer for the kit, which is time consuming and could potentially delay the project. Overall very satisfied and will highly recommend other apartment owners.
