DO NOT USE THIS TILE
This tile is not stain proof and also needs to be sealed for use of any colored grout! Grouted a wall of our shower with black grout and now that whole wall is stained black from the grout. Contacted the company and they told us to use a cleaner. Got the cleaner which cost hundreds of dollars. And had my guys scrubs for hours which cost me more money in labor and got nothing. The tile is ruined. DO NOT BUY.

Quality is priority at Florida Tile. Our Team can assess the tile for quality concerns. During production, our porcelain tile is set at extremely high temperatures to produce a surface impervious by industry standards. Please note it is possible that the issue is grout haze. Commonly mistaken as stains, grout haze occurs when a film of grout is left to dry on the tile. The cleaners recommended by Florida Tile after installation generally assist with the removal of grout haze. The good news about grout haze - it is not a stain! Grout haze does not penetrate the tile surface. But this thin, cementitious haze can be tough to remove. The installation process is key to avoid leftover grout haze. It is best to work in sections. Much like paint, grout can dry more quickly in certain environments. Our Team can assess the product for quality concerns, then provide best next step actions to assist once cause is determined. We used this tile in our 60 inch shower alcove...
We used this tile in our 60 inch shower alcove remodel. We installed in a vertical stack pattern to the ceiling and it came out beautifully. We used Mapai warm gray grout. Would recommend if you want the look of a large format tile shower. Very happy with the product that is made in USA!

Beautiful Tile
The tile met my expectations. The matte finish was perfect for my shower and bathroom floor. The slight grey veining was just right and not too busy.

I did two patterns, brick (restroom) and herringbone (kitchen). It was easy to install, long pieces cover more area, so u get the job done faster. A few tiles were bowed out warped. It's mostly noticeable in the herringbone patter after u install the grout. definitely use 'T spacer clips' besides that. I highly recommend.

These tiles are absolutely beautiful! I was worried about their quality and how much variation there'd be since I couldn't see them in person before purchasing.
The installation was to be expected; the large format tiles are harder to install than smaller tiles but that is not the fault of these tiles.
The variation is subtle and not too busy.
The ONLY reason it received 4 stars is because we received two tiles that were completely white. One reviewer for the bullnose tiles also stated that they received white pieces - I had thought that it just meant the specific pieces didn't have a lot of veining. But the two white tiles were *stark* white, not just the background white that other tiles have. That does make me question the quality control but aside from 2 of the tiles being white, these were perfect!

hard to cut
Husband gave this a 4 1/2 out of 5 stars. He recommended a glass diamond blade to cut the tile with. He said the tile was very hard to cut because the tile is so hard. He also said it would chip. And if you run it through the tile saw too fast, it would start to curve. Other than that, he loves the look of the floor. He had to use two saw blades on our bathroom tile floor.

This tile was more of a light gray than a white color and did not match the rest of the tile used in our remodel. In addition there were several pieces with chips in the corners of the tile and this made it look cheap and of poor quality. I will be returning it.

We appreciate your review. Please be assured all our tiles are tested by industry standards. Brilliance White porcelain is rated to perform excellently for floor installations. This porcelain tile is durable. Additionally, proper installation is key to the performance of all large format tiles. It is highly recommended to order between 10-15% overage due to what can happen prior to installation. Although shippers take precautions to avoid injury to boxes, some cartons could receive jarring while travelling resulting in a few chipped tiles. Inspect the tiles when removing them from the cartons. If any appear to have chips, then discard them or use them as cut pieces. In the industry, 10-15% overage should be enough to factor any waste that might occur during both shipping and installation. With regards to its color, this tile replicates a popular marble called Carrara. It features gray and white tones to replicate the look of this marble. Sampling tiles ahead of time is highly recommended to determine the color works in your project. Brilliance White is generally well-received and highly rated. Our Team can offer other choices. The tiles are very pretty. However, when the contractor picked them up, he took a quick peek in the boxes and they were packed nicely when he got them back to the job site there were only eight tiles out of 28 that were not broken. He is able to use most of them, but I will be requesting a refund for the ones that he cannot use.

Want to love it but too many challenges
I wrote a review earlier but don't see it posted. I wanted to love this tile because it is very pretty. I picked it because other reviews said it was more muted than most marble-look tile, which it is. However, the quality control for manufacturing and shipping is not good. A large percentage of the tiles have a black dot. It is like a pencil-dot, but it sticks out on the very light tile. Second, a large amount of the tile came chipped or broken. I spoke to the manufacturer and they said this was due to Home Depot selecting the shipping. Therefore, if you want to buy this tile, I would recommend purchasing it through a tile shop. Last, note that the "veins" in the pattern do not all go in the same direction. So if that is the look you want, you will need to buy about twice what you need (it seems random which direction they go in). For all these reasons, so far I have purchased 10 boxes when I needed 6. It should all look beautiful when it is done but it was not easy.a

Out of the 16 cartons of tile that I purchased, there were 2 tiles that were blemished. That's not too bad, but when you have nearly 4 square feet of blemished product to work around, that's an issue I didn't count on.

Every piece arrived broken
I ordered 7 boxes and had it shipped to store. Picked up today, brought home, and opened up to find almost every single tile was broken. Basically no salvageable product and a giant inconvenience that will delay my project significantly. I strongly advise against ordering online as they can’t seem to figure out how to properly ship. Save yourself the trouble and order something available on the shelf, or even better, purchase from somewhere else that knows how to properly handle tile.

Great Purchase
I was worried about ordering this online without seeing it in person. I ordered a sample but it didn't really reflect the finished look. I order 2 extra cases based on reviews but they were not needed. All cartons had the correct tile and nothing was broken. The installer kept saying he really liked this tile. The look is beautiful.

Buy Extra Extra
This tile looks great however, I purchased 17 cases (more than enough for my project) and 2 of the cases had brown tiles in them (8 pieces in total). Now I’m short 3 pieces for finishing my project and a week behind because I have to order more. Order way more than your expected overage or you’ll be short.
