I bought this swing chair as a gift for my mom. She loves it! I was able to set most of it up by myself; She helped me with one part because I did not use the included tool. It is heavy which is to be expected. It comfortably fits her and her two small lap dogs. It feels safe and swings smoothly. It's high enough that she can swing her feet if preferred or sit with her feet on the ground (she is 5'9").

I tried 3 times to put this chair together. 1st by myself. Then with my dad. Finally, I had the kid who mows my lawn help me and he muscled through it.
It would help if they spent an extra nickle and provided a nice color legible print out of the instructions. I could not see the pictures clearly.
The provided pry bar was useless. We ended up using an extra long flat head screw driver.
The version of the instructions that I have has pictures showing the screws going the wrong way. It looks like they have now corrected that mistake on their website. Why are they still shipping product with the wrong picture?
Finally, the instructions show the "seat belt" attached to the chair. However, my chair's seat belt arrived unattached. How am I supposed to re-attach it? Directions please!!!
Consider me unimpressed. For $400 I would think you could do better.

Arrived on time, my box was completely damaged and ripped but the product was not. I love the color. Adding the few nuts and bolts to the top of the swing was a PAIN IN THE REAR!!! The leveling bar given to use does no justice whatsoever. After the chair was complete with all the added nuts and bolts it turned out to be very nice. Bought this for my mother and she loves it.
