Works perfect

The space between the two side pieces is really 2.5 inches. which is what I needed. 5 star unit

This is not an easy to find replacement item and I'm happy that HD was able to accommodate me. I have installed the unit and it works exactly as it should.

It works as expected. Can't tell that it is any different from an original unit.

Easy to install. Fits perfectly, it was at least half the price of the original mfg.

Fitted nicely. However a very thin line of water water still flows in the bowl even when closed.

Exactly what I was looking for

it works just like a toilet valve

Easy to install and it works great .

It was exactly what we needed, and ordering and shipping was very easy.

Kohler suppliers sell a flapper that is supposed to fit the toilet we have , but it must be for a later model of the same style because it never worked. I took a chance that the one offered by Home Depot would work, and it does, the same flapper style that came with the toilet. Other than having to order and wait for the item to arrive (which was very fast), I have no complaints.

I had called fluidmaster and was told that the item was a special order item for most stores. I found it on Home Depot's site at a great price and had it delivered to a local store. Just the product I needed at a super price.

Fits perfectly on my Rialto one piece, kohler's did not fit and cost more than double the price.

This one works and also is just half of the price of other brand. The plastic is more sturdy and does not leak any water, performing same or even better than K*** brand. I am planning to order more for future use.
