Fluidmaster would like the opportunity to provide help. We suggest checking your refill tube position, if you have the refill tube shoved down or placed inside the overflow pipe pull it out and reattach to the overflow pipe using a refill clip. This will stop a siphon from occurring and stop the leak. Another area to check is the flush valve lock nut. You may need to tighten ½ turn beyond hand tight to stop the leak. I got this gasket for a Delta 'foundation' toilet and it seemed to be a little big. Didn't try to install the tank, so it might have worked, but I used the original Delta gasket instead. Maybe next time.

Packaging states it’s for American Standard toilet tanks.Unfortunately it was not available in the size needed for the repairs. Returned it and got a different brand which fit exactly. Also know the bolt kits only come in 5/16” instead of the original 1/4” on American Standard toilet tank mounts
