Very well made. Easy to install. Bought cheaper model same manufacturer had issues with the plastic bolt. Move up to this model it a lot more sturdy.

Bought this for toilet at daughters home. Due to distance...
Bought this for toilet at daughters home. Due to distance it sticks out from tank wall it kept lid from staying up. To use on a square tank with a front handle, you need 2” between tank and lid so it will lean back. I used this on another toilet. Works great on second toilet. Very smoothe operation

This was easy to install and fit well on an American Standard toilet. This novice was able to follow the clear written instructions and diagrams. The handle is nice looking and the arm inside appears sturdier than the one previously used on the toilet. I'm glad I selected this higher priced model over the cheaper ones - it includes a 5yr warranty!

Good product, very easy and quick to install and it looks nice. Functions well, EXCEPT the large joint that connects the arm to the handle sticks up too high for my tank lid. When one tries to flush, it hits the tank lid and won’t flush unless tank lid is slid all the way forward and kept there.
