Works great and very stylish as well

A much easier repair then we had anticipated when we found out one of the buttons on the flusher had lost at spring. Grateful but an employee at Home Depot knew that we could find these online.

Exactly what I needed. Don't know if the part was in the box when purchased as complete toilet or if my installer lost it.

This was a perfect replacement. Easy to install and trim to fit was done with wire cutters/snips. Middle aged woman with little handyman skills and I did it.

Fixed my issue, but the pre-marked sections to shorten the two rods didn't remove enough of the two rods. I had to cut beyond the shortest mark to get it to fit.

A little pricey for plastic, but they look a lot nicer than the old ones that were turning green. We will see how long these last. Easy install, cut to fit with a hacksaw, screw it into the lid.

While I wish this product was made of stainless steel, the replacement worked perfectly. The pre-set markers on the stick served as a good guide on how much length to trim for the buttons to be taught. I used a sheetrock knife to cut the piece off for lack of a better tool. I found that knocking off just one notch did the trick and rotating the manual adjusters offered additional leverage for tightening the firmness of the buttons for a full flush. I know I'll need to replace it again because it's basically plastic with a chrome veneer, but at around $9, it's not a big deal if it lasts me a couple of years. Be sure to clean off any previous putty or sealant that was used.

it only took me three different parts to cut the length right. Bottom line the toilet is flushing again!

Turned out that this was too small for my dual flush toilet - I needed the 58mm diameter for my style. It would be really helpful if the diameter was included in the images on your site. I liked the longer rods that could be trimmed to the length needed. All the others I looked at were of a set length and far short of what I needed. The good news is that I now have spare flush buttons for my daughters new Glacier Bay Dual flush toilet.

Very poor quality. Finish changes to green and particles start showing around the buttons. Hesitant to touch if a public restroom. Appearence not pleasant to the eye
