Beautiful quality, Easy to install. Gives a perfect, high class look to my garden gate.

Got tired of replacing the vinyl post-caps, which kept breaking where the cap-base is glued to the vinyl sleeve of the deck-post, at the overlapping tabs. Harsh winter weather just seems to weaken them, and after a few seasons, they fall apart. These cast aluminum post-caps are secured by SCREWS: Cap-base is mounted by SCREWS to wood deck-post within its vinyl sleeve. Then, flat pyramid top SCREWS to metal cap-base. No more fragile vinyl tabs to give way after weather exposure. Plus, these aluminum post-caps look like a "million bucks", dressing up the vinyl post-sleeves and making the whole railing set-up look like MUCH better quality. VERY VERY happy we found these. Easy to mount, well-worth the higher cost (compared to vinyl version)---The job is finally DONE, for the last time, and it looks beautiful!

fantastic product. nothing cheep or flimsy about it. a solid post cap that looks fantastic. despite some posted complaints about the small screws, i had no trouble whatsoever attaching the two pieces. i can't rate every aspect of this product and the installation higher.

Worked with the PT posts but was quite loose.

Post Cap placed on top of Cedar bird stand...looks awesome

The cap is solidly built and looks great. The top piece is fastened by 4 tiny machine screws that were difficult to attach from underneath and very, very easy to drop and lose. Shoudn’t be too bad on a fencing project where the top of the post is close to the ground and you have a clear path to the screws but my project was high up and the posts already had cross pieces attached so driving in the screws at a slight angle was nearly impossible and many of them are now thread-bound. I’d like to see an easier way to attach the top pieces. That said, I’ll be buying more of these to match the ones I have because they look great once installed.

The caps were the perfect fit to complete our modern post and aluminum rail system. Easy to install and top quality material.

They look great and are very study - high-quality materials. But they are sized for a true 4" square post, not for a nominal 4x4 lumber post. In addition, the tiny screw that holds the cap has a very small Phillips opening and was a bit difficult to reinstall after mounting the bracket to the post.

The post caps were the perfect finishing touch to the deck railings. They were expensive but worth it.

Nice quality product and the finish matches our balusters perfectly. They have an option for adding led lighting but we won't be using that function. Wifey thought they could be a little larger but she's used to the big stuff.

The tools showed that is needed is wrong. It says you need Philips driver, well the screws that mount the base to the post is a T-25 looks like a star driver, a big question is WHY. I didn't have one so had to purchase one to install. The screws for mounting the top part are so small and you are having to lookup under the cap to get them in the hole I bet everyone drops one, I did and guess what there is not enough steel in them to make a magnetic screwdriver hold them. Otherwise the caps look great and match my metal rail very good and people have said they look like they were made by the same company. I would recommend them but you should make the screws with phillips head and with metal that a magnet can hold on to them.

Easy install. This was an exact replacement for a cap purchased earlier this year that was dented and caused the metal to break in two.

Nice quality

This was perfect so I ended up ordering the 15 more I needed to finish my deck. I had Fortress railing so they are a perfect match in color. They were slightly tricky to install since the screws were “hidden” but it makes for a really nice look without the hardware showing so it was worth it.

We used these on our new deck posts.The posts are wood 4x4's and the railing is metal. They matched perfectly even though they are not the same brand as the railing. Well made, beautiful finish. Comes in several sizes and colors. Easy to install. My local lumber yard would have had to order them and it would have taken a long time. Fast delivery to my home.
