I loved using this product. I am not a handyman, but using this product was very simple and easy. The only reason that I gave it 4 out of 5 for value is that it definitely ends up on the lower end of its estimated coverage by square feet, and they only sell it in the gallon, so I needed about 1 quart of the second gallon to finish my 2 car garage. Some tips, definitely use a brush, not a roll, for spreading out the puddles. Spray until it puddles a bit and brush all of it. It really works it in.

Used Foundation Armor on my concrete front porch. It was easy to apply and the results look great.

I used this to reseal my 400 square foot garage floor. I had sealed it twice previously with a different water reducible sealer, and as a result was able to apply two coats with less than one gallon (which is much better than the one gallon per 175-250 square feet). It can be slightly slippery depending on your footwear, but it is noticeably less so than the previous sealer I used. It was easy to apply using a pump sprayer first and then rolling it out. My photo shows the floor an hour after I poured water on it, and didn't appear to soak in at all. It's pricier than the first sealer I used, but personally I think it's worth it. This is the second Foundation Armor product I've used, and am thrilled with both.

I did a lot of research on sealers for an outdoor fireplace covered in artificial stone and this product appeared to be a good choice. This product is as good as advertised. Preparation is minimal and the product goes on easily with a pump sprayer. Coverage is as advertised so it's easy to order the correct amount. The result is a tough coating that stands up to weather, rain beads up and runs off. I had it delivered to the store to save a couple of days in transit and the product arrived at my Home Depot sooner than I expected. Totally pleased in all aspects!

Looking for water seal to apply on decorative fake boulders around perimeter of my inground pool; web recommended Siloxane based material which I found available through Home Depot. Had to order online but product arrived in weeks time. Application with a brush was easy and early results are very promising...seems to be doing the job !

Flagstone, Concrete & Stucco Product worked great for all 3 materials. Just rained yesterday for the first time since application and water beads on all surfaces. Easy to apply, I used roller and brush...material is "watery" consistency so it takes some practice to apply with roller to vertical surface. I researched for similar "silane/siloxane" and this one seems to get good reviews and well-priced. Would purchase again.

There have been two issues with our dry cast limestone balustrade railings which needed attention.. One is aging process of the dry casting which degrades the casting over time, and the other is the mold which forms on the north side of the balustrade during the winter due to the sun's lower position in the sky. After 20 plus years of weathering, it was time to protect the limestone from the elements. Prep work to properly maintain the balustrade is tedious and time consuming, so I wanted a long lasting product. After extensive internet research on professional stonemason blogs, and ratings, it became very apparent that when it came to sealants, you get what you pay for. According to the pros, all would work, all would protect, but the lesser priced products would not repel water for the years which Foundation Armor does, and this sealant has significantly more solids than most all found on the store shelves, which means it has more of the water repellent ingredients for better protection. This sealant actually is a combination of two proven repellents, which is not found in most other sealers. The Foundation Armor products were highly rated within the top two or three manufacturers across every spectrum of review. I did call the company's help line, as I found their L3000 1 gal. Concentrated Lithium Silicate Concrete Sealer, Hardener and Densifier product that sounded like a product which would be smart to strengthen the dry cast prior to applying the water repellent. I wanted to make certain these two products were compatible with the other, and it was not a waste of money to use the two in combination. In talking with the company, they gave this the thumbs up for my application , and gave very good, easy to follow info on the how to apply. They were a wealth of information. Ended up buying both products.. like I said.... do not want to do this for a long, long while. Application was simple.... used a pump sprayer set on heavier than a mist... but not full open setting. Goes on milky white, dries MATTED, not glossy....which was another determining factor Did not go as far as I would have liked, but having to spray all around a baluster lends itself to more than normal overspray. I ended up 8 ft short, and in order to finish the job before the storms moved in the next day, I did buy an off the shelf sealer. Without a shadow of a doubt, there is a significant difference in the last 8 feet... water beads up and puddles on all but 8 feet.. At least I will be able to reseal this 8 ft in a couple of years... I am anticipating far less mold to have to clean this winter, so if possible, I will do a followup

First pressure washed old brick walkway to remove and dirt, mold and mildew. Let fully dry for a week. Ordered 2 gallons for 228 square feet of brick walkway. Applied with 9 inch roller, 6 inch mini-roller and disposable 2 inch brush. Two coats went on easily and let dry over night. Coverage was at lower end of data sheet for porous surfaces (125 square feet / gallon). Looks great - like it is not there.

Excellent product for protecting new flagstone and mortar on my front porch and steps from potential ice damage. It went on easily with a large soft paintbrush so that I could get into all of the crevices. I brushed on 2 coats full strength and after 24 hours the stone and mortar both were completely waterproofed. I will buy this product again.

This is a great product. I'm using it to seal decorative brickwork on top of my parapet walls because they are serving as sponges to leak water into the house. The product applies easily and a little goes a long way. It hasn't rained yet so I haven't tested its effectiveness in action but sprinkling a small amount of water on it leads to quick beading up so, based on that and other reviews, I'm confident it will do the job. This product contain Silane-Siloxane which will, as I understand it, help prevent water from penetrating the stamped concrete. This product went on easy with a sprayer, clear, and dried to a satin, non-slippery finish. Any water applied to this finished walkway, now beads up and appears not to penetrate. This should help prevent any spalling when the temperature drops below freezing this coming winter. The products been down about a month. We will see in the spring how well it helped to slow down any winter damage.

I used this Foundation Armor product to waterproof some brick stairs. It went on easily with a 4" paintbrush. I applied it very heavy as the direction showed, brushing out the puddles that did not totally soak into the brick within 4 minutes. I didn't get the coverage advertised (175-250 sq ft) as the gallon jug was empty after only 100sq ft. I will admit my brick was a rough old-style and was porous, (see photo). The next day it rained and the water beaded up on the surface of the brick, so it definitely works. The price is a little high, I bought some similar siloxane sealer from a brickyard locally for quite a bit less. Never the less, It is a good product and works well.

It was easy to spray, didn't smell bad. It covered well. Time will tell how it protects my chimney.

I bought 6 gallons of this product to protect my driveway pavers. I power washed the pavers, waited till they dried, re-sanded the pavers and watered them twice to set the polymeric sand, then applied the sealer as directed on the can with a sprayer and rolled it to take out any puddles. Looks good and is certainly shedding water.

This is working great. I needed to protect some new patching in my garage from winter salt. It seems to be working very well, with water beading and definitely not soaking into the concrete for days. One thing I regret: The instructions on the bottle are slightly different than the ones included on the product sheet. They explain that a second coat needs to go on while the first coat is still wet. I waited too long and the second coat couldn't penetrate anymore. But at least this is because the first coat is working so well :)

Went on very easy using pressure sprayer which gave a better spread rate. Has beaded up so far on every rainfall since applying. Great product, highly recommend.

I bought this product for our driveway. It worked very well. After we applied the SX5000 WB, it beaded the next time it snowed, and there was no sign of any water being able to ruin our concreted driveway.

My very long drive was showing lots of wear. This product was exactly what I was looking for to keep it in shape. It's expensive. Used two 5-gallon buckets but feel it will be cost effective in the long run. Called customer service to make sure I clearly understood the directions before applying. Got through to them right away without a wait. My only complaint is that I was all set to apply it on a day that turned out to be rather hot. Only once everything was opened up and I was ready to begin did I notice the insert saying the application should be done later in the day when the sun is less intense - sorta messed with my schedule. I think this should be printed on the bucket and also in the product description online. Being a 68 yo woman, I appreciated the easy to open and pour buckets. They were a little heavy to lift being 5-gallons each but managed on my own. Liquids no longer penetrate the driveway.

I like it so far but it’s too early to tell how it holds up.
