Excellent product, but make sure you use a respirator because of the fumes.. the smell lingers for several days. I rolled it on pool pavers and it protects and brings out the color of the pavers.

Outstanding it's been a year since I applied it on our driveway. It still shines.

Followed the directions exactly and put down two full coverage coats with a foundation sprayer 24 hours apart starting when the day's temperature peaked and my Florida paver driveway looks awesome!

Product was easy to roll on surface. Coverage was good. Used on a driveway with a stone like surface. Used semi gloss and it has a bit of a shine. Surface is not slippery and is now somewhat waterproofed. Would buy and use product again.

We bought this to reseal our old faded stamped concrete patio. The results were amazing, it looks new again! Water beads up on top and ice and snow is much easier to remove. Tech support was exceptionally helpful in choosing a product and gave great advice on how to use it. Very happy with this company and its product!

I purchased this product and applied it myself. I am not a contractor. Simply, I am a DYI'er. The sealer was easy to work with. First, I pressure washed the surface to ensure that the surface was completely clean and let that dry for 24hrs. Then I applied the sealer following their directions and recommendations. I used the sprayer that is offered on Foundation Armor's site to distribute the sealer on the flat surfaces and used a roller to spread and even out the sealer. I used a brush around corners and such where the roller would not fit or where precision was needed. For vertical surfaces, such as edges of the patio and the sides of the bar, I used a roller and a brush. The chemical smell from the sealer really was not too bad. The other sealer that I have used was much stronger smelling. The sealer smell does stick around for a while but it lessens with time. This is true of all solvent sealers though. The dry time was great. I gave it a full 24hrs before I walked on it but it was dry to the touch within a few hours. The results have been amazing. My patio looks as good as new again. I would definitely recommend this product!

This is a great product to seal our pavers. However, the solvent smell is very over welling. Would suggest wearing a respirator mask as the tends to linger and fills the air and we got complaints from our neighbors for the smell. Its so strong that it even penetrated into the house.

Worked as advertised. Easiest to apply with a paint roller. My wife was even impressed with how it looks when done. Water just sits on top the concrete. Will certainly use again. Only negative is the strong odor.

I am very pleased with the quality of Foundation Armor350 and its ease of application. Prior to applying it to my stamped concrete patio, I called technical support and found Mike to be very helpful in explaining the product, how to apply it, best time to apply and the impact of temperatures on the drying time. I applied with 1/2inch nap roller instead of sprayer. I will definitely use again. My patio came out looking brand new.

Used this product on stamped concrete patio tinted slate grey. Looks fabulous and the "fine" powder added really did stop the slippery wet surface issue. Easy to apply!

Our driveway is red brick colored cement, we were starting to some surface cracks and it was looking dull in color. I power washed my driveway and let it dry for a few days. I used a roller brush to apply the Armor AR350 Solvent Based Acrylic Wet Look Concrete Sealer and Paver Sealer. We are thrilled with the results. Our driveway looks new. It brought back the beautiful brick color, and has sealed all the small surface cracks. We are sure it will last a long time. This product was easy to apply and the directions were easy to follow.

I am thrilled with your Wet Look Sealer. I've used it on my stamped concrete patio and the lasting effect is gorgeous. I've used it several times now and am never disappointed.

Excellent product, does require two coats for proper penetration.

This is a quality sealer. Probably every 2 years will work.

Very easy to apply using an 18 inch wide roller and 3/4 inch nap roller cover on a long handle for our paver stones with a lot of texture. First coat really soaked in. Second coat looked more finished. I would like to put a third coat on next year, since we were trying to beat the cooler temperatures and rain. We waited the recommended 30 days for the polymeric sand to set first, then tarped around the outside to keep the project dry.

The information on the website did not include prerequisites for applying. We previously sealed the patio with a product that precluded the using of the Armor sealant but prior to purchasing this was not specified so we had to return it to Home Depot.

This portion of our driveway/sidewalk project has been very successful. The product application was smooth and easy to do ourselves. It looks sharp and we are eager for it to protect us this winter. Delivery and availability was excellent. Highly recommend.

Easy to use, followed instructions and no issues with application. Gave my pavers a whole new look - enhanced the colors and sealed up. I would use Foundation Armor again on my home projects.

This really brought back my 8 year old patio. It went on easy with a 3/8 nap roller. I did apply two coats and used almost the entire 5 gallon.
