This is a great sealer and easy to apply. I prepped the pavers the day before and applied 2 coats of the sealer the following day. I used a spray application and the process was easy. Love the look of my pavers. They now have a nice satin sheen to them. I used the high gloss, which I highly recommend

* In my opinion If you saw my first review on this product you would know that I wasn't too happy with it at first. But then it grew on me. Now I'm really happy with it. First and foremost, this is an Acrylic Wet-Look Concrete Sealer. It is also a Cure and Seal. The first part... the Acrylic is just another term for, well, glue. If you look at all the glue products on the market today you will find that 90% or more are acrylic based. And in the case of any concrete surface sealer, a glue is a very good thing. Think about it. Is there anything better that you could pour on your driveway than glue? What properties do glues possess? They Stick. They Bond and They Resist Moisture. All things that are beneficial. Next, Wet Look is attractive because most people like things that are shiny. I know I do. In case you were wondering, I'm not a reviewer by trade. I do it because I like to showcase good products like this one. I also feel an obligation to the opposite but that's another story. What I do for a living, other then collect social security, is create very colorful Planting Pots as the hands and student of a Very Big Name in the theological crowd. The point is that I use this product in a way for a different material than what was intended at its creation. But the material is a cement/concrete product that needs sealing just as much as a driveway or patio. One does not want pots to leak out of the sides any more than an upper deck to leak into the kitchen below. They must be sealed as well. And getting back to the Wet Look part, these pots look very nice with that treatment. Now for a quick look back, here's how my first review ended: But there is an upside to acrylic... the finish is to die for. 3 coats of it will give you a mirror gloss that will rival any fired pot on earth. I must have that look on my pots without question. So what do I do? I have to live with the marks INSIDE the pot from the glue to get the shine on the OUTSIDE. I have no choice and if you were me you'd do the same! And just in case you were wondering, there are no marks on the pots anymore because we overcame that obstacle with a little bit of ingenuity. Now to the last part... Cure and Seal. OK we already went through the seal part. But the cure??? That's the really cool part of this product. And no one else does it! This will help cure green porous concrete and concrete pavers. Now how's that for a complete product? You don't even have to wait for your slab or pavers to cure before you can seal them now. Nor do I have to wait for my pots to cure before I can seal them either. This is an amazing product and I'm here to tell you that the price point beats or exceeds 75% of their competition. And last but not least, the competition that comes in under them isn't competition at all because you see I've tried all there is to try out there and those cheaper ones? They just don't compare! That's why I use Foundation Armor WB25.

Water Based WB25 High Gloss Acrylic Sealer is an awesome product. I live in Southern Nevada (Las Vegas area) and have been using this product on stamped concrete in the courtyard and backyard patio. This product rolls on very well with the recommended 3/8" nap roller. I recoat on a 2 - 3 year cycle - nothing like a high gloss look on stamped concrete. Highly recommend this product and its "classy" visual impact.

Well packaged! Nice gloss shine! Bought because of strong reviews. A little pricey but worth it. Used to gloss new rock for landscaping. I would recommend product for expected description and ease of spraying. I sprayed 4 coats of product to get desired look. Can’t attribute to longevity or maintaining gloss over time but as of now met expectations. Overall I would purchase again

I purchased this after our contractor bailed on us without finishing our basement floor. The floor has an acid stain and wood plank stamp and this foundation armor was the perfect product to finish the project. The floor needed a second cure, seal and polish, this took care of all of that. I was a little hesitant about the high gloss finish but it looks great. I used a roller to apply and it worked great. I can't speak highly enough about this product. Worth every penny!!!

This was my first time sealing my stamped concrete patio. I was hesitant based off reviews of other sealers Home Depot keeps in stock at its stores. I started googling around and found Foundation Armor. I gave it a shot and it was so simple. I pressure washed my patio the day before to allow it 24h to dry. I applied the sealer using a 1/2” nap roller. I started with a 3/8” like they recommended, but i noticed once it got saturated, it was hard to get the sealer in the creaces and crevices of my patio. The 1/2” nap made it easier. I let it dry for 24h before letting my dog go on it, and I couldnt be happier with the result. It dried so smoothe and nice. I love it and highly recommend this brand! I havent noticed it being very slick when wet either, no slicker than you’d expect of a wet stamped patio

I just applied two coats of Foundation Armor WB25 to my newly poured garage floor and am very pleased with the results. Application was easy and clean up was a breeze. On a safety note, I added ground walnut shells to the solution to make my garage floor slip resistant.

We used the Foundation Armor to restore the sheen to the faux rock waterfall we have in our backyard. It did an AMAZING job! The rock is made of concrete. After several years of use scale had built up on the surface and greatly detracted from the appearance. It looks fantastic!

Product recommended by a family member. Product was ordered and it shipped fast. The driveway and walkway to the house was pressured cleaned prior to applying the product. Product was easy to apply and covered well. I used two coats on the driveway and walkway. We are very pleased with the results. WB25 worked as described and expected.

This is a fantastic product that makes our stamped concrete driveway look brand new. Preparation is always key with concrete applications. Maybe it was overkill, but I followed these steps to prepare the driveway: 1) blow off debris with leaf blower 2) Rinse with powerful water pressure 3) wash with orbiter machine and brush attachment, with warm water and a tiny bit of dishsoap 4) Rinse with water 5) allow to dry completely 6) remove any remaining debris with leaf blower. Application of the WB25 was very simple. With a roller on a pole and a paint tray, and temperatures consistently above 50 degrees F, roll the product evenly on the driveway. It goes on milky, turns a purplish blue, then dries clear. Whenever I can use water-based products, it's a big plus in my book. Works well without strong fumes and chemicals. Walk on it in 24 hours, drive on it in 48. I used 1.5 gallons for 2 coats on a driveway about 400 sq feet. It looks great and couldn't be easier.

I desired a glossy, wet look sealer for my stamped concrete patio. I applied this product with a 3/8” nap roller for larger areas, and used a regular paint brush to cover smaller areas and to spread pooled product from depressions in the surface. Easy to apply and a nice shiny surface. Will use again when necessary.

Did well on concrete patio, not on my bricks. Two coats on both. The concrete patio had a nice gloss. The bricks was definitely not high gloss. They dont have a wet look. However, the color of the brick is more noticeable.

I have over 4,100 sq ft. of paver blocks installed about 1 year ago. I was unsure on the right product to apply. I spoke to Mike at the company. He was tremendously helpful. This guy knows his products. The job looks great.

Easy to apply. It seemed no worry to over apply. The brick color got a little darker as expected. Looked pretty although no wet looking. Good product.

Follow directions , very easy to use. 650+ sq.ft. stamped and stained concrete patio looks brand new. Very happy with product performance as it has been down almost 30 days.

It was easy to work with. Easy clean up. It sticks to everything so be aware or willing to repaint your trim. The end result is beautiful.

The product went down easily and dried to an excellent waterproof shine. To early to rate it's lasting quality.

Goes on easy, it is just a bit slippery when wet but only just a little. It squeaks when wet and you have sneakers on. I think I applied it

The stated coverage was 177sq. ft per gal. , but I was able to do 400 sq. ft per gal. I did 925 sq. ft of flagstone pavers with only 1- 5gal, 2 coats with about 1/2 gal left. Returned the 2nd 5Gal for refund. Big savings. Sealer brought out the colors along with a nice sheen.

The wife and I rolled using 18" rollers. Application was fast (45 minutes / 1300sf concrete pavers, 400sf of travertine (we stopped due to party tonight and needed walkway to the grill. We plan on completing the travertine on Monday (this is Saturday. We ignored the warning about beginning in the late afternoon as that really messes with our w/e schedule. Might regret that BUT I don't think so given the quick dry we've seen this morning at 8am. Take a look at the concrete driver pavers and the travertine pics. Did not have before and after, only after pic's of the paves but the travertine pic shows the sealed and unsealed stopping point. All in all a good product from the application to the initial end result. We're selling the property so will be unable to comment on longevity of the product in the Florida sun. The previous two water based application of another product had a visual color effect for 1 year and a water bead effect for two years. We reseal ever 3 years.

This product was very easy to apply, had great coverage, and brought a 20-year-old driveway back to life. I would definitely recommend it.

Foundationarmor was helpful in answering several question concerning what product was best for my project. There guidance helped me purchase the correct product. Front pavers look great. To early to tell if the gloss with hold up in the south florida sun and heat.

I used WB25 to seal garage floor and outdoor walkway one year ago. In the garage black tire marks are now embedded in the sealer and looks an absolute mess. The sealer on the outdoor walkway and patio has developed a speckled look from the a reaction to de-icer we put down in the winter. The sealing project was not only unacceptable, I would consider it a disaster.

I used in on my previously painted (and not completely stripped) basement floor. Applied easily, looks good. I hope it will last, but have no one to blame but myself if it doesn't, since I cut corners during prep. (I've been walking and moving furniture across it for a couple of weeks so far with no issues -
