It looks good up, but I was surprised at how lightweight it was. Installation was a challenge. You need a tiny, tiny screwdriver and I didn’t own one that small.

Cheap plastic that attaches to the walls so loosely it wobbles. Returning to Home Depot is a nightmare in a pandemic. Avoid at all costs.

I had this same ring in bronze for 40 years...
I had this same ring in bronze for 40 years with no problem.
It had a metal insert.
After redecorating the bathroom we decided to go to brushed nickel
and buy their product due to same basic installation and longevity of
our existing one.
Unfortunately, they now use cheap plastic inserts and it did not even
last 3 weeks since it was installed.
They did, in fairness, send me a package of replacement plastic inserts to fix it, but I
would have gladly paid more for a product with more longevity.

Unstable and Cheap
If you buy online from Home Depot - they will charge $79 to pick up. Why take the risk when you can buy from another store with free returns and delivery?
I wish I had. These are awful and I made the mistake of buying two. They wobble even after being tightened. They feel light and cheap, and look it.
Replaced with command strips, these are trash.

Mount is useless and does not hold product tight
As other viewers stated, I bought this because the look and finish was perfect. besides the look, this towel ring is useless because the hardware to mount and set screw provided does nothing to hold the product in place and it just slides around on the wall plate, never tightening to securing to wall. poor design. 1 star because it looks good but will be returning and replacing with a different brand.

We are very pleased with this towel ring. We have Futura towel bars and toilet paper holder in the same bathroom and this towel ring looks nice and matches well with them. It was easy to install. It has been a while after the install and so far we have no problem with it. The price is good too. We are very pleased.

Set Screw WAY too Short
Overall the product is fine, but the set screw provided is WAY too short. When installed it is not secure at all. The overall look aligns with the price, it's what I would expect for the value. But because the installation materials provided are not adequate there is no way I would recommend this towel ring.
