The vanity came in piece. True to the picture on the website.

Box was delivered and had oil all over the box. Product was fine!

New and just out of the box this vanity is of poor construction and very bad quality control. Front board just under cabinet door had been filled with some type of putty. Laminate on side is peeling up. Paint buildup/overspray on base. Disappointed and will be returning.

I purchased a Fresca Bradford 30” vanity gray from Home Depot on 11/17/20. It was packaged perfectly so damage would occur. Right below the center of the vanity top was a small spot where paint was missed but it was right directly above the 2 door knobs. I noticed it after it was installed and it was such a small mark that it wasn’t worth bringing it back to Home Depot . I called customer service and requesting the smallest touch up paint in gray so I could fix it. Customer service said they stocked touch up paint in white and mocha but not gray which seemed odd to me and told me to email general@rgmdistribution which I did on 12/1. Have trouble getting a quick response

Thrilled with this purchase for our powder room! The sink is a solid white and looks very sleek and clean. You’ll need to order the umbrella drain separately (about $30 from HD) and the faucet we chose is the Roswell Alessandra Single Hole Single-Handle Bathroom Faucet in Polished Chrome (also from HD). Floor is ceramic tile (HD) and wall color is BenMoore Blue Echo.

The Fresca vanity is the perfect size and color for my bathroom. The vanity was easy to install, the white basin is a perfect offset color. I have had my vanity for two weeks and I am just as excited today as when it first arrived. This vanity meets all of my hopes and expectations, the Fresca vanity has given by bathroom a more modern up to date look.

It looks very sharp in our small bathroom. Nice ceramic top makes the unit look rich. The only problem is that our house is 25 years old and the plumbing was low for the cabinet so we needed to cut a hole at the bottom to fit. You can’t see the hole as the opening is low. Beware of this.

We are so happy with this set. It arrived perfect with no flaws or issues. Happy surprise was the soft close doors

I love it! My bathroom is small & this vanity is about an inch less than my older one in depth. Hard to believe that inch makes such a difference, but it does. Only had it about a month so can't vouch for it's endurance, but I sure like it now.

The sink is a little bit small. Be careful not to buy a big long faucet. It looks good in a small bathroom, it's simple and cute. The quality is good, not I single scratch I could find. Very white. Has enough space for its size. I can clean floor under vanity what is very important for me.

For the money this is a pretty solid vanity. Not unlike many others i have installed, this needed to be modified a bit to fit my plumbing. The bottom of the cabinet is about 15" so if your pipe is at 15" you will need to cut some of the cabinet away to make room for the P-trap. All that aside this is a good vanity for the money. It was very well packed and arrived with no damage at all. The sink comes with it but is not attached so you will need to attach it. I actually liked that because it allowed me to make minor adjustments to the placement so that i could get it flush against the wall. Having said the installation instructions are a single sheet that say nothing. It isn't hard to figure out though. I would very much recommend this as a nice budget cabinet.

The cabinet is fairly cheap quality. We had to go with this one because it was the right dimensions for our space. There are definitely better quality vanities out there.

It is well constructed for the money. It was very well packaged so there was no damage in delivery. The depth is perfect to fit in our small half bath. Wide width and narrow depth are hard to find unless you want to pay a high price. Very pleased.

Materials are average. The base material on the inside cabinet is a cheaper pressed board. Sink is very nice.

Good luck trying to find a drain assembly that fits the non-standard massive 2" drain hole. The largest assembly I could find was 1.9" and it leaks. I purchased a quality Moen faucet and the drain assembly almost falls down the hole. Nobody at Home Depot knows anything about this. You'd think if they sell a vanity they'd sell an appropriate faucet! Haven't heard back from Fresca as of yet.
