Loud humming noise 24/7, Gets extremely hot on the back and left side, water hoses pass by the hot sides so water comes hot, then cold, so the end product is trending to the cold side but not as cold as you expect it. Customer service said, it is normal for this refrigerator to be loud and dispense hot water, "if we send a technician and they find the refrigerator is its normal stage you will be charge for the visit". Now 6 days into the purchase the bottom started to leak, there was a pool of water on the floor, I moved the refrigerator to the front and more water came pouring from all sides. It is time to send it back. The finger print resistant is awesome, no smudges and easy to clean. Why they can not do refrigerators the way they used to. The new ones are disposable. See picture, all those electrical parts that close to the water, water came in there too, so lucky I disconnected it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the installers put the handles on they scratches the doors (black stainless) and you see it every time you reach for the door handles. Both sides to boot.

From the day it was delivered the bottom grill would not stay on. Then inside the freezer, the bottom of the ice tray frosted up. Now it will only dispense crushed ice and not cubes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful contemporary refrigerator, perfect for a small family(Unless you do frequent grocery shopping). They did a good job at designing it to maximize the amount of space a side by side refrigerator can hold. Has enough built in shelving, drawers, and multiple compartments to accommodate for more grocery's than expected. It's also easy to rearrange and move the shelving around to customize the size of grocery's you can place in this appliance. Build in compartments and shelving being sturdy enough to hold heavy food or grocery items. Make sure you keep replacing water/ice filters at least every 6 months, or the taste will be reflected in the water. Love how modern and sleek, yet simple it looks giving any kitchen a renovated appearance. The only complaint I have is it can get extremely loud to the point that you second guess if there is someone is in your house or if there is something wrong. The growling and banging noises are not limited to just the ice maker, but often times it will make grumbling, screeching, and high pitched shrieking noises that don't even sound like it's coming from this appliance. It signals a loud beeping alert if door is left open for long periods of time which is helpful. It's also very easy to mineuver around and clean which is important especially for the ice/water dispenser area. Had to get it serviced once due to minor filteration issue in regards to a faulty filter they originally installed themselves and yet they still required me to purchase another water filter that they should have just given me considering the first one that came with the refrigerator had a defect which was no fault of my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ordered on 7/1/2020 received on 8/27/2020. delivered and setup only to find refrigerator side door was warped 1/4" to 3/8". contacted seller about door replacement and was told they couldn't do that. replacement refrigerator wouldn't be available until 12/29/2020. opted for a different model that would arrive 10/16/2020.

In less than 2 months of owning the fridge, the DOORS have tons of rust spots on the outside! Have only used a stainless cleaner on them too! This is the first stainless appliance i have ever owned that has RUST! Not true stainless, but a cheap by product. Deceptive marketing by fridgidaire and they will not do ANYTHING about it. Stay away.

The inside set at 7 is great for your drinks and leftover food items. It’s my first NEW fridge and it’s great for my small space. At first the ice machine was dumping very loudly because it was empty so it can startle you at night if you’re nearby... other than that just keep it wiped down because of the color you can see more marks but I am happy with the purchase (affordable) through Home Depot and be advised they use a third party delivery source. After a YEAR and a HALF sealed system is bad past warranty, repair more expensive then the refrigerator! Really this is the quality. DONT BUY A FRIGIDARE.

When we looking a really liked this refrigerator. I have always heard what a reliable and good product Frigidaire was. I liked the price and look. We have been very pleased with features and space. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

I order my Frigidaire 3wks ago . I just got it on the 19 of August. When I placed this oder, I also included the kit for the ice maker. The delivery men when great. However, they only gave me half the kit for the ice maker. The doors on the fridge where put on wrong. One side is higher then the other side. So not only do I need to buy a new kit. I also have to take the door off and try to level it out.

The exterior presents signs of corrossion. Bad quality material, looks cheap. In less than a year of use the front of the fridge looks terrible

If you have a problem with this item you have to go to the manufacturer who produces a cheaply made product. Be aware that you can not clean the surface with a damp cloth but must use a product specified by the manufacturer. If your refrigerator rusts, even in the first year, they will not stand behind it. The rust was not on the inside (as far as I am aware) but on the surface of the door and the joints of the handle. I keep a very clean kitchen and now I have a refrigerator that looks like it stood outside in the elements for a few years. This is a failure on Home Depot to carry this product and not inform the consumer and a failure on the part of the manufacturer who has had other complaints about the refrigerator and continues to produce it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into my new home and this refrigerator is so big! I never had a refrigerator this big! It has so much room and storage to put everything in it's place. The water is very tasty. We Love our refrigerator.

We like this fridge so far. It makes a few noises but not too bad. It is too early to tell if it will be reliable, but we like the storage capacity. We bought an extra side tray which expands the condiments storage. It did not come with a humidity control crisper drawer. So I bought one aftermarket and the vegetables seem to last longer. The ice maker works well and the water filter seems to improve the taste of our local well water. It beeps if you leave the door open too long.

I am happy with my choice after a month of use, and I do recommend this model. The size is great, the noise level is low, and it is also a sharp looking unit too.

Handles are not level with each other. Cheaply made, and gray paint for the side steel. Clicking buttons on the icemaker, but under a smooth covering. Hard to tell where to push. And they icemaker catching drip tray is always falling off. We chose this one because the whirlpool was out of stock. I wish i would ha e waited since it took a month to get to me. Shelves do not seem stable, and the condiment holds very few condiments. Every fingerprint shows all over it.

Ice maker works great and dispenses smoothly. Both doors rub on the hinges at the top when opening and closing for some reason. Haven't contacted customer service to get resolved yet.

Personally I haven't found a fridge I like. We needed a fridge, cheap, fast, and to fit in an interesting space. This was as close to the same size already in the space. Cost was good Sit-ups have less white, color would have brightened up my dark kitchen but it was not in stock. Stainless steel shows ALL finger prints and ring scratches from opening door. Not very magnetic, I use my fridge as an education/ busy station for my kid while I bake cook dinner. Magnetic toys slide. It's definitely low grade fridge. No lock in water ice. Ice maker will over follow unless YOU MANUALLY stop making ice. Could use another shelf in fridge. Temperature doesn't seem to change even when you dial up the thermostat, my internal gauges never change. I may have to call and use the warranty already to make sure it's working correctly.

The door is a little crooked. But it looks great. Delivery drivers did fantastic job! Overall the perfect fridge for me

In short, it's a fridge that was at a good price and does the fridge job fairly well. While nothing amazing, it works and was perfect to replace my old fridge that decided to bite the big one. The "noisy" comments in many of the reviews did scare me a bit but I figured noise was better than not being able to store food. I confirm that it is noisy but not to the level that the comments had me believe. Day 1 it was a little noisy but since then the most I hear is the occasional compressor buzz (my old GE unit was as loud) and how loud the ice maker is as it empties the ice trays. I do confirm that ice seems to run out quickly but it's been a hot few days and I have my family of 6 so either the maker is a little slower or my old fridge had a bit more capacity. Fridge space is great and beats my dead one. The drawers, I do confirm they are a bit brittle as I broke one 2 weeks in. Bought a replacement online for $25 bucks or so. Lastly, I did buy the 5 year warranty. Why? Look, I don't want to be caught buying another one (smidge under 1k for this one) until the warranty runs out (one sixty bucks).
