Worst purchases of my life. Had to replace ice maker twice out of pocket. And now today fridge is 2 years old and one month and just died. Lost all my food freezer full. Junk

Very basic and simple fridge... needs a few more shelves but you can order those online... drawers are stiff to slide but not a big deal. They installed and took away the old fridge and very professional!!! This fridge was a good up grade for us and worth the price!

Some one is coming out tomorrow to check it out has some sort of an alarm that keeps going off very anoing. Fair price some what noisey. Ice dispenser only gives crushed ice not cubes definitely need to redesign Somethings

I love my new fridge. It was a little bigger than I thought but it's working out great. There is a lot of storage on the fridge side & the freezer side. I would definitely recommend it.

This unit was setup by the delivery people very quickly and efficiently. It fits our location exactly as our previous fridge. The model appears to be the same as our older model with a few exceptions: * Right door has a catch to keep it from opening too far :) * Water filter is different design with push mounting instead of screw type :) * Outer skin of unit is metallic and smooth not a beveled as our previous model :| * Ice maker bin does not fill the entire freezer width, and ice cubes have overflowed and dropped into the area below :(

It's the cheapest side by side refrigerator, and it has everything we need. I like the quality and it's been cold!

Awesome referigator for the price!! $960 after tax and $20 fee to have old one taken away. Delivery guys were awesome and knowledgeable. This is replacing a 20 year old and much smaller side by side referigator. It is very roomy. 3 drawers on fridge side and 2 adjustable shelves. A gallon of milk will fit in one of the 4 door shelves. Has completely cooled on setting 9 (coolest setting) after 4 hours on both fridge and freezer side. I'm very pleased!! I always read customer reviews, which helped in my deciding on this referigator. Ice is still making after 4 hours, but that's not a bother to me. I'll throw out the first tray of ice anyway. I do not think it is "noisy" as other customers reviewed. Very pleased. Well worth the $960 we paid.

Are you kidding me. This thing is noisy. I have had it 6 months. I expect a reasonable amount of noise but this is ridiculous. It sounds like someone is in my kitchen hitting rim shots on a snare drum. I have multiple recordings of this. I have had repairmen out 5 times and finally the last visit I was told this is when the refrigerant was being pumped through the lines and there is not enough insulation to dampen the noise in these newer units. I have called frigidaire back again 2 days ago but they have not returned my call. They are happy to sell me an extended warranty. Ha!! Please heed this warning and do not buy unless you are hard of hearing or if you will have it in your garage. Although you may think someone is breaking into your house. It cools fine, no problem there. How can you check for how noisy a device will be before a purchase. There should be a decibel rating like an energy use.

It's pretty cheaply made, the buttons are totally going to be punctured by fingers. Only the front of it is black stainless, the sides are just black refrigerator texture. The handles are uneven, too. Gets nice and cold, though. It even beeps if you've had the door open too long. We'll sell it with the house and upgrade for our next place.

Easy setup and the family is loving it. I received my new Frigidaire side by side refrigerator from Home Depot contracted service with on time delivery and great service especially us living in the country. However, the delivery service went to horrible hours later after find out what they did. There is a shared dumpster used by six households and was filled with the appliance packaging. I wouldn't think it would have been a big deal, but it's not just a Frigidaire packaging. Other brands are in the dumpster from other Home Depot buyers. Just want to share my frustration as my other house holds come and vent to me.

The Frigidaire refrigerator has not been working properly. The ice machine is not making ice as it should in a quick Manner and the water is not coming out as quickly as it should as my old refrigerator did. Also, the craftsmanship of the drawers inside is awful. The drawers squeak and I have now had to ask for a return exchange of the product. Thank you.

We wanted a side by side refrigerator and this was literally the only one that would fit the space we have! Fortunately, Frigidaire has a good enough reputation (not to mention affordable price) we went ahead and got it. The delivery men installed it with no problem, it looks great and so far, is working beautifully. It is not noisy and maintains nice temperatures on both sides. We did not install the water/ice maker because we did not have the correct adapter on our hose. We did buy the adapter kit with the fridge, however, and will probably hook it up at some point. Overall, very pleased with this refrigerator.

Its an ok fridge we have an older model with more features we replaced because the waster dispenser broke We dont recommend this model because the second drawer drags on the third so we took the drawer out I dont like the manusl buttonsfor the water dispenser and no light for the lowerpart of the fridge like the older model you can tell itisa much cheaper model it barely meets our exspectations.

Although I have had it for less than a week my first impressions are that it seems to be a good refrigerator for the price. I like the LED lighting, the door shut and seal tight. Although it is the same size as my previous fridge it seems to hold more. It has three drawers and a lot of adjustable shelves and door space. My one complaint would be that the door shelves in the freezer seemed a bit cheap and easily broken. The refrigerator runs quiet despite what I have read in other reviews. I hope it continues to live up to my expectations

Only complaint I have is when you pull the fridge to open you have to really pull hard and the fridge moves With it. The slider doors inside the fridge (where you put your cheeses and stuff) also gets stuck.

I bought the product online and they delivered it a week later. They charged me for installation however they guys who dropped it off said the waterline was a different size and they couldn’t hook up my ice machine. The drawer on the fridge makes a loud squeaking noise and it doesn’t glide easily it shows evidence of grinding so I called right away to see if they could fix the issue. They sent another drawer however it didn’t help the problem. I called a second time I spoke to a Frigidaire csr named Marliecia who was very rude, she said basically because it’s not mechanical that they can’t do anything, she was being sarcastic the whole time and then asked me if it was broken I said yes she said “in pieces?” My fridge was never repaired they charged me full price and then sent me a fridge that I can’t use a whole compartment.

Doors are a little noisy when you open them, other wise I would recommend this refrigerator to someone else.

Love this fridge BUT 3 of the door shelves have broken and it's only 5 months old 1 freezer shelf and 2 fridge ones.

The fridge itself is nice. The water and ice maker are garbage. We saw it online after searching for days to find something nice enough. Not the quality I thought it would be. Spend the money for a better fridge.

Arrived with a scratch on the door, from factory, it was under the protective plastic with no marks on the plastic wrap. Also the ref.side door creeks with a knuckle sound when opened. I have not contacted Frigidaire yet.

Overall very satisfied with this new fridge. Ibe had it for about a week and its very spacious and looks great. It does sound a little loud when the ice drops but nothing crazy thats concerning. Very glad with this buy. My wife absolutely loves the water and ice dispenser up front

Pros: The refrigerator side is a good size. The drawers are on the bottom so you are able to fully adjust the shelves without interference. The shelves hold a lot of weight. We milk our own goats and can store about 11, 1/2 gallon jars per shelf (roughly 4 regular plastic milk jugs with some extra space). The shelves on the door are nice and deep and strong. Cons: The freezer is a little small—which is fine for us because we have other standing freezers and we needed more fridge space, but it is worth mentioning. It is barely wide enough to store a frozen pizza box. The biggest complaint with the freezer is the ice machine. It is incredibly noisy (I can hear it in the other room). It is slow to make ice and it has clogged twice in the past two weeks we have had it. I do not expect it to outlive the warranty. The exterior is neutral. It’s magnetic if you like to post pictures on your fridge. Black tends to show fingerprints a little better than white, but overall it looks fairly nice. Overall I would say it’s a decent refrigerator for the price, but nothing worth mentioning to friends.
