The oven was delivered after a 2 day delay due to delivery truck malfunction. I was concerned because I feared it had been handled excessively due to the delay, but it arrived in good shape. The packaging was secure and shrink wrapped, and showed little sign of wear from being moved about. The oven itself was a relatively easy install, as it was replacing a 24 year old oven of the same size. So far we have used it only a little, but it seems to heat up fast, and the electronic controls are easy to navigate. I like the large windows and solid racks. It may not be the 'fanciest' looking unit, but I've had good luck with Frigidaire brand, several different items over the last 10 years, with no problems and good durability. According to the energy sticker, this is a efficient unit compared to most. It weighs over 200 lbs, so have a helper around for the install.

The only thing I am not crazy about is that if I use the timer, it shuts the oven off when the time is up. It's not a deal breaker, I just use a separate timer.

We did have to have it serviced already, due to an error code. They came and replaced a part in the upper oven. It is now making a slight noise, so will reach out to the service department. We are happy overall.

I was especially surprised when I cook something EXACTLY what the recipe calls for for the amount of time the food comes out perfect. There is no adjusting the temp up or down. This is calibrated to perfection!! Love the black color and the touch button controls that are very direct and simple to use. Connecting this up was simple which I thought would be far more complicated. Just follow the installation instructions and it easy. I have zero complaints.

My only complaint is the fan for the convection over function takes up about 2 inches of oven space at the back of the oven. My large pizza pan will not fit in this over; as it DID in the oven it replaced. Both are 3.8 cu/ft ovens. I actually measured bot over interiors to be sure they were the same size. It would be okay in a 4.3 cu/ft oven, but NOT in a 3.8 cu/ft oven. The price was good but

This oven and its electronics work excellent. Great for the price. My only complaint is that the fan for Convection cooking takes up about 2 inches of the oven volume at the back of the oven. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 27” ovens are a rare commodity, these days. I needed one, it was available, at a decent price. It does the job, with good features like convection in both ovens. It’s easy to use. One feature missing is a heavy duty roll out rack. Had I known that I would have kept that part from my old oven. More importantly, you will need to test the temperature of your oven to calibrate it. Mine was off by 25° in both ovens. I tried to find the contact information for telephone help, but good luck with that. In the directions,, it matter of factly indicates that is no big deal and tells you to calibrate your oven - which is fairly easy to do.

Love the simple look and ease of use! I have used it a few times and it works great. New smell had to burn off but it’s getting better with each use.

One of my oven doors was defective and local home Depot failed to help me in getting a new door. The number they gave me was completely wrong. Had to find the correct number myself. Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The electronic control panel seems to have additional unnecessary steps. Like seconds on the timer. Ok for other things but never for baking. And shutting off the oven should not take more than one click. I guess I’ll get used to it. But it just seems overly fussy.

It's beautiful to look at, is of quality construction, was very easy to install (came with excellent instructions), and the digital operating pad is intuitive and very simple to use. Both ovens work really well and are easy to clean. We could not be more pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 49-year-old GE that still worked well but was becoming very hard to find parts and service for. I wanted a white finish so it wouldn't look out of place in my 49-year-old kitchen, which restricted my options. The Frigidaire is fine and has a few bells and whistles the GE didn't have, but the touch-screen controls for bake options and light can take a few tries to activate. I'm used to the positive feel and control that mechanical controllers offer. I also wonder about the additional level of complexity that a touch screen has over simple dial controllers, and if it'll last 49 years like the previous oven. But apparently it's not 1974 anymore.

Oven was DOA. Since I had to get an electrician to move the electrical box, I missed the "48 hour replacement" window. So, I have to wait for a Frigidaire tech to examine the door stop sitting in my kitchen. He still hasn't arrived, having called in sick for the last two weeks. Would like a replacement or, preferably, a refund. Not going to happen as long as accountants are determining "customer service".

However, the warning beep at the end of the cycle is so soft that older people can't hear it unless they are very close to the oven. My old oven I could hear 2 rooms away but after 25 years the control board died.
