Bought 2 airconditioners; One has worked fine for 1 month, the other stopped working.

This as unit is trash my buttons don't work and its not cool enough

I bought this about a month ago and am very pleased. I needed a very narrow unit as my windows are narrow in an older home. I use this unit in a bedroom and am very pleased that it is not excessively loud. So far so good!!

I bought it a month ago it works great. Would tell me friends to buy one.

I purchased this model about a month ago, and have been very happy with its cooling power. I've not seen its impact on my electricity bill, but I'm hoping for the best. 4 stars because the economy setting is useless. It doesn't run hardly at all, and shuts off way before the room is at the right temp. After a few AC-less days at 90°, it's nice to be cold again.

We bought this AC unit a couple of months ago and it provides what we need to cool our daughters bedroom.

We needed a little air conditioner for a second bedroom, and we were already using an older version of this model in the master bedroom. It's a great little AC that isn't too loud when running to keep us up at night and the remote is handy for bedside adjustments in the middle of the night. Installs in just a few minutes.

I bought this unit about 2 months ago for a home office room. You know, 2 computers, monitors, printer, etc. I have a small window, only opens vertically 13 inches. This was one of three units that would fit. I was pleasantly surprised when I got it home and opened the box. Everything was there for the install and all was in great shape. Once installed, I turned it on and it is as quiet as my Haier Serenity. Plenty of COLD air too! In all, I'd easily recommend this unit to anyone.

This was a replacement unit for my bedroom. I love that I can lay in bed and change the temperature to go along with my hot flashes!!

For 5k BTU it really cools down my room quickly and efficiently.

This is perfect for my room size it keeps it cool.

I have to set the temp to 66 to hold a temp range of 71 to 74 degrees. When I set to 64 the room is between 68 and 71 degrees. the unit is a little loud, but it is right over my head. the unit turns itself on about every 10 minutes to sample air temp, very annoying while trying to sleep.

Bought this one a week ago and after finding out how to use the remote properly am very pleased with this model.
