Nice product and easy to assemble. But no instructions were included. I needed to print off them from the description area off the app.

Bed is okay however we did not receive the hardware for the bed and it two additional weeks to get it after 2 emails sent.

This bed was my 11 year old daughters Christmas present. We were so excited to open it and get it together for her. However when it was opened there’s wasNO INSTRUCTIONS OR HARDEAR to put it together.

I received the bed and the hardware or instructions were not included. I contacted customer support and got nowhere. I had to spend $70 to buy hardware to put the bed together and make a few modifications for it to work.

The slat boards underneath don’t stay in the rails well enough, they are too short.

Pleasantly surprised with the ease of assembly and the quality of the bed frame/headboard…

This is the second type of bed this style I’ve purchased and am very happy with how well and quick assembly is. Very happy with this bed.

Instructions were good to follow. Shipper was very late but arrived in decent shape

Listen, don’t buy this thing. I bought it twice, when it came first, the hardware kit part didn’t come. The second time, hardware parts were missing! Just don’t buy, you’ll thank me later

The legs of the bed frame are not strong enough to support the mattress. Legs begin to bend after a few months. The wood quality of the bed frame is also poor.

Screws and assembly instructions missing. Returning.

Screws would not go into holes. Switched out screws to try and see if it was a compatibility issue but simply can’t get it to catch. The bed has been sitting in my house and was a bad purchase.

My king bed doesn't fit well in this bed frame. It is not perfect. I don't recommend it.

Connection from headboard to frame is a bit flimsy but good bed for the price

About a quarter through the process we realized we were missing some hardware “oh well, maybe we can work without it” we thought. Well we thought wrong, next step we go to grab the hardware - you guessed it, we’re missing that one too. Terrible purchase.

Was easy to assemble used it around a split king adjustable bed fits good.
