We love this dishwasher! The top row utensil rack is our favorite thing! The dishwasher cleans flawlessly and is quality. We spent a little more for this model and we don’t regret it, it’s worth it!

I like the way it dry and no noise also the space is plenty for extra spoons and knives

Home Depot delivered a dishwasher that’s obviously been installed and used before. There’s glue all over the back where it was previously installed and there’s water already inside the dishwasher. They are not being helpful in replacing the item saying we didn’t notify them soon enough even though we purchased all of our home appliances through them for our new house. We’ve also had negative experiences with their delivery where they don’t call us notifying that our items are going to be delivered soon. Terrible customer service.

This is a nice little unit. It is simple, and the third basket is great for small bowls, large utensils, and we use it a lot. The only thing to watch is that the auto cycle is almost 4 hours long. 219 minutes. That is forever. It is quiet, it does a great job, but a 4 hour cycle makes it hard to run anytime, you really have to set aside time to do it. We have granite counters, and the granite does get hot when it is running, so I am not sure how other counter materials would fare. Not sure if this is normal or a defect.

Purchased this dishwasher after we received a call from GE that the original one we ordered was being pushed back 2 months on backorder. Reviews seemed good, one thing I’ve seen noted by most reviewers was how quiet it was and that you couldn’t even hear it. This hasn’t been the case for us, you can definitely hear it running. There seems to be a high pitched noise the entire time it runs which bothers me since I can hear it if it’s running while I’m in living room. I saw an older review mentioning it could be the dry boost fan so I turned it off thinking maybe that may be the problem but it wasn’t...and my cups all needed to be towel dried before storing. I’m not sure if I need to place a call to GE to report this in the event it is a problem with the unit. We’ve had it 3 days. My husband did note that the insulation pad that is around the unit was super thin compared to our Kitchenaid unit.

Nice sleek and quiet unit. Unfortunately it’s not a true matte black finish. It is more of a grey as you can see next to our white cabinets and true matte black sink. It doesn’t look bad at all though. Still blends in and is a beautiful piece and collection by GE

We bought this dishwasher in December. Delivered on Dec. 29th. We installed, ran a wash load and it was a waterfall in the basement. The dishwasher was leaking from the back right corner of the tub. Called Home Depot and they scheduled an immediate replacement. Marked it as a manufacturing defect as the tub side and bottom had a gap where the dishwasher leaked during was cycle. Replacement delivered 1/19/21. On 1/26/21, leaking again in the exact same spot. This dishwasher has a clear manufacturing defect and is garbage.

Just installed it but i really like it. Very quiet. Cleans as it should and its nice looking

I really like the silverware rack on the top. Cleans my dishes so much better than my old one.

So I purchased this back in June of 2020 and received in July of 2020. GE handle discounting due to back order during Covid well. I thought they were more than fair. Delivery was a joke. I am unsure what the third party delivering this and "installing" it was but I wouldn't recommend them being used in the future. They yanked out the old one before looking at how it was set up preventing them from being able to install the new one. Requiring a plumber the day before July 4th which wasn't possible through their service because July 4th. I had to contact several people at Home Depot eventually contacting a store manager for my local Home Depot. She was more than kind, and said she would reimburse any cost of a plumber to come install it. I not happy about the install to this day but that is between Rotorooter and I now. The door on this has horrible color issues since I've received it. And I am unsure how to remedy it. The inside of it is supposed to be stainless steel, but using the brand of detergent GE recommend has all types of staining issues. I have reached out to GE without any luck of calls back. I will try again getting ahold of someone after Christmas/New Years. Originally it was so quite and seems like it keeps getting louder. There is also the shelving issues. It seems like a good idea to have that small shelf up top but it occasionally gets in the way for large cups, and has to be pulled out. I am not satisfied with this purchase, and I would recommend taking a trip to your local store to see this prior to purchasing.

We had an old dishwasher that worked but was so loud and we had to prewash everything! This is 10x better!

As far as dishwashers go, it is very pretty. It is also VERY quiet. You almost can't tell that it is running. It does not clean well. They designed it in a way that doesn't allow the soap door to pop open properly if there is a dis in front of where the door should pop. I do like the top (3rd) level where I can put large utensils and not have to worry about them falling through the racks. One very important note. Read all of the instructions prior to installation day. This requires a dedicated outlet.

Doing a new kitchen and appliances and all in stainless steel. Installed a new GE Adora to replace my GE Profile this is over 22 years old. The new Adora is incredibly quiet in operation, very pleased with the performance also. GE please send a new stainless double oven if you get a chance. Lol.

It is a beautiful and fine looking appliance. I love GE for their great value.

The wheels fell off and melted with the first use! Then the entire piece that holds the wheels in place comes off EVER TIME I pull out the bottom rack!! Wheels fall off every time we use it and now multiple wheels have melted!

I have only had the dishwasher running for 4 days. The dishwasher was straightforward and easy to install. I had the previous model which lasted 7 years in a house of 5. Which I can say is actually a long time based on the number of washes. I have actually decided to replace the failing pump on that model and put it behind the the bar in the basement. So far I am not disappointed with the replacement being an improved model. I can see GE has improved on the circuit board, controls and added features from the older model. I gave it 4 stars only because the evaluation time isn’t there yet but the dishes come out gleaming. I would recommend the washer.

Very sad to state that this "stainless steel" started to rotten within a few months after the purchase. This is not stainless steel. My water faucet does not have any problems after 22 yrs of usage, but this dishwasher looks awful. I frequently scrub it w/ a toothbrush & tried different chemicals & natural cleaners, which helps some, but the rusty spots just don't come off. The dishwasher also has very long running cleaning cycles, and if I choose a shorter one, then the soap does not come out from the soap compartment.

This is a quality dishwasher. It is quiet and cleans dishes throughly. Definitely worth the buy!

The original fill funnel gasket (located on the left side of the dishwasher where the water comes into the dishwasher from the water hose) is not a good design and came loose on my dishwasher, causing a leak all underneath and ruining my floor. The threads on the funnel gasket part are not deep enough to catch and hold securely, so there is not a good seal and pops off easily, causing it to leak all over. I just ordered a new part, and I see the entire fill funnel gasket kit is a new design. I am glad to see that, and hoping it works better than the original one that used to come with the dishwasher. I am very upset that this poor design has now ruined my kitchen floor and ceiling of the downstairs level of my house. Poor design.

The dishwasher washes well once you can get it to lock when shut. It is very difficult to get the door to latch without holding it until the unit has started into the cycle.

Arrived as expected. Easy enough for my husband to install. Looks great and is super quiet. Only complaint, it washes for a long time!

Runs very quite

Lets try this again. GE did not like my last review because of my comment about the design of the lower rack wheels. The lower rack wheels that I have on my new GE Adora appliance are not at all like the design shown in your parts catalog for my model. There is not cover plate to hold the carriage wheels on. Other than this, the machine works very well. Design on this lower rack wheel carriage is different from the one on your parts replacement catalog for this same model.

Compared to the other appliances i bought at the same time, this is tough to keep looking nice. Streaks and water drips and finger prints tough to polish out. Not the same quality stainless steel as my LG fridge or my Samsung stove. I had no reason to suspect inferior quality but it is.

This dishwasher cleans really well. Very powerful but also quiet I just got it installed today and have ran a cycle with really dirty dishes to put it to the test and it did very well! Dishes were spotless!!

It works great after priming the pump. Tablets work better than gel detergent, unless using twice as much of the latter. Quiet! I would buy it again.

My Daughter got a GE last year, I installed it for her no issues worked great. This year when my dishwasher started acting up, by getting very noisy, and wheezing a lot sounded like it had the virus lol. I didnt hesitate to get the GE.

Spent much time making sure level, it replaced a more expensive dishwasher that worked fine at the same location. Door has been a problem closing right to get machine to come on. Delayed timer does not work correctly. Something drips out of the circular compartment on the inside of the door and there is no information on the purpose of that opening anywhere. Dishes do not get cleaned well at all.
