Scratches. GE won't stand behind their product.
The highlighted section(s): contains shipping complaints I've owned a glass cooktop for over fifteen years. In that time, I never once damaged the cooktop. Two days after receiving this range, I used the included cream to polish the top (same cream I've always used) and immediately had several large scratches, one deep enough that my fingernail catches on it. I called GE support to be told they would send a tech out, but if it wasn't "large enough you could stick something in" that I would be charged for the trip. Stick what in it? A burrito? A fingernail? A coin? No thanks. I've wasted enough money on this low-quality appliance already. GE doesn't stand by their products, nor does Home Depot. They are doing a disservice to their customers by selling appliances that GE will not stand behind. It's pass the buck with these two companies, nobody is responsible but the poor rube who spent the money. Never again. We encourage you to review our guidelines and resubmit your review on 30 in. 5.3 cu. ft. Electric Range with Self-Cleaning Convection Oven and Air Fry in Black.

Buying this range with the built in air fryer was such a great decision. No regrets on this upgrade!

Disappointed
Waited 2 mo for my new Range and after the delivery I was putting my pots in the drawer. Noticed that the bottom of the oven door has a metal strip with what appears to be vents and it hangs below the door which is noticeable and looks awful! When you walk into my Kitchen that is what catches your eye. This piece is not loose and is screwed on. Will be contacting the store (30 miles away) tomorrow. Hopefully this is not what it is supposed to look like! Never had an issue with my GE appliances until now. Choose GE as my old one was 20 years old and never had a service call. Did not notice this in the store.
