Operates as expected, in terms of filing the buck with water. The controls And settings are ease to us. But, the unit does seem to be as effective as my old unit. After running for 2 hours, the air quality in my basement does not feel improved. My older unit operated at a cooler temperature and provided better overall air quality. This new unit operates warmer and does not provide the desired improvement in air quality.

I've had it about a month. It's running in the basement with the drain tube going into the same pipe as the washer. It's helped out with the humidity in the basement a lot.

good dehumifier confusing pump connection
Good quiet unit works great. The out of the box experience was lacking because the pump hookup was rediculously confusing. Theres a little info diagram next to it on the back but I couldn’t get the factory plug out without a lot of jerry rigging. Once I got it connected it works great.

Love the pump feature
This product is awesome because it has rollers. I can move it from room to room easily. The pump feature is awesome especially when I forget to empty the bucket. The energy star is a must as we run our unit 24/7.

Works Great! Is pretty quiet and the pump makes it effortless... there is no need to dump pails of water. And my basement is very comfortable absolutely no dampness anymore. Two thumbs up!

It sets up easy and does its job. The pump feature is totally worth it. My biggest concern is how long it lasts, but it’s been a few months now and I have no complaints.

It has done everything I asked for - My basement...
It has done everything I asked for - My basement is now at the perfect humidity level. The internal pump is working without flaw and all is good. My ONLY complaint is that it is a bit loud.

Simple, Quiet, Effective
It is simple to operate; the front panel is intuitive. The unit is very effective in reducing the moisture in the air, and is extermely quiet. The internal pump is a great feature as it empties the reservior as needed (which is twice a day for a 20x20 ft.sq. room).

the basement of a Cabin and changed the Humidity and dampness factor
overnight. Also notice a slight cooler feeling in Main Floor as well. Will
purchase a second Unit for the Loft.

The four star rating was misleading as I read further I realized it received very poor reviews overall it did not work longer than its warranty so I returned it before using it I called GE to inquire about it’s poor reviews and they could not tell me anything whatsoever that would make me feel comfortable about it working after the one-year warranty

Love the pump.
The pump feature that pumps 16' up and over to my sink is desirable for me as it keeps the hose off of the floor which would be in my way in the shop. Simple control panel, too. Quick and easy set-up.
