Great Washer so far
Great Features, tub is a bit deep for a short person to reach down into, that is the only negative so far. Can wash a very large load. love the feature of the detergent reservoir, automatically adds the correct amount for your load sizemakes it easy for this old man to do the wash, which makes the wife happy!!

I expected better results
This washer is or miss. I find that I often have to re-wash my clothes because it doesn't mix or move the clothes around enough. I've even found items that are completely dry because they stayed on top and never got pushed down and mixed in. I'm sorry to say I'm really disappointed with this purchase.

Love Love Love It!!!!
My old washer was off balance so I decided I needed a new set. And I looked at other major brands but these ones drew me in. And to tell ya the truth I do not regret my decision. They are awesome. I especially love that they are so quiet and efficient. The best washer and dryer I've ever owned.

Quiet and Efficient!
Great for large bulky items such as comforters, coats, and large blankets. For nicer comforters, use the delicate wash cycle so it doesn’t snag or rip. The wash cycle is quiet and efficient. I love the auto-detergent dispense feature!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! WORST PRODUCT / CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I purchased this product back in February 2019. We quickly learned this washer gets out of balance with anything other than shirts, socks, and underwear. It's so bad that it bangs up against the dryer and moves that 6 inches, sometimes knocking off the dryer vent. The unit, when out of balance, will move about a foot forward. It sounds like an elephant trying to escape a tiny room. GE, or their third party support, has been out 6 times. They replaced parts 2 different times, which I had to help the technician because he couldn't do it on his own. They have now idea what they are doing and they want to continue to come out and replace more parts, as if there's more to replace, which requires me to take even more time off. They will not refund or replace the unit. This unit is not even a year old. We had a GE washer for 9 years prior without issue. Their newer products are terrible and they will not support them. Sadly there's nothing Home Depot could do. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY GE.
