Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that the bottom part of the dishwasher has mold and we're happy to help. Hi there, Congratulations on your new dishwasher. You're certainly in for a treat! This unit has many features that we are sure you will enjoy. We're pretty fond of the Steam and Sani option. It loosens tough soils before any cycle, virtually eliminating the need for soaking or pre-rinsing dishes. We absolutely love this model! We hope that you will continue to share your journey. We are very let down to read that you are having issues with the drying performance in your dishwasher, and we are so sorry for the trouble this has been for you. This issue could be due to multiple factors. First, we would recommend giving your dishwasher time to vent after the cycle ends. Also, please check that a high-quality rinse aid is being used, and that your inlet water temperature reaches at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit (this can be checked by running the faucet nearest your dishwasher on the highest setting and checking the temperature). Selecting the "Dry Boost" will also boost performance.
