Cleans dishes extremely well. Quite can barely hear it running. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because you must buy the power cord and an extension drain hose separate. The price you pay for the dishwasher that should be included with the product.

Very quiet appliance. Love the color & top utensil tray. Easy install, matches other GE slate appliances, and user friendly buttons. Only drawback is on the bottom/main rack, the half that is towards the back of the unit cannot be adjusted, so only my plates or larger diameter items can fit in the fixed prongs-wish the prongs could be adjusted to fit a larger variety of items. The front half of the bottom rack works well for our bowls and small plates. The utensil basket on bottom/main rack works well to hold knives.

Door flings wide upon with no tension. Top rack stiff to pull out and the dishwasher is noisy. Overall all not satisfied.

I bought this unit on sale and figured it to be a middle of the road machine. However, this is the best dishwasher I've ever owned, and at 73 years old, I've owned a few. Easy to install. Cleans so good it is like putting old dishes in and getting new dishes out. The third rack for flat ware is great to. The center rack is adjustable so if you have larger dishes or glasses you can adjust. I feel I stole this one! It would be a great buy at retail price.

Not at all impressed with this dishwasher. Our ancient one that came with the house before we bought this did a better job at cleaning dishes. It leaves any small amounts of crust on the dishes and dirty water pools on the tops. Extremely disappointed; we don’t recommend it.

We bought this through Home Depot, installed 6 days ago by Home Depot. Dang thing breaks down Thanksgiving night. Won’t start. Outside of Home Depot’s 48 hour window after install so we have to go through GE. GE won’t get a service rep out here for a week. So basically it broke down being only 5 days old, and we have to wait 7 days to get it fixed. What a major fail.

Got this unit 3 weeks ago. Meh. I like the top rack for silverware, but I'm still getting used to loading the other 2 racks. I like all of the wash functions/cycles. Dishes are coming out clean. I didn't read the description close enough though, so I was disappointed when I realized that it wasn't a stainless steel tub. I'm also not overly impressed with the sound level either. I was hoping to hear a big improvement over my 5 year old Kenmore; I was shocked when I heard the dishwasher running all the way upstairs from my bedroom. We just set the delay timer to wash while we're sleeping. Overall, it barely meets expectations. Now I just have to wait to see how long it lasts. I paid for warranty and professional installation because I am tired of all these expensive appliances lasting 5 years or less. My mom is still using a 20 year old dishwasher! The worst part of it all was spending $160 for horrible installation and working with HD to get it right...it is not installed flush with the cabinet/countertops. Sticks out 1.5"!

It's very quiet but the racks are very unforgiving. There should be more ways to adjust them for different sized glasses and mugs, etc.We were spoiled with our GE Monogram - I guess you get what you pay for.I wouldn't recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

hahahaha. I don’t have the time or energy to waste on sharing my full grievances about this appliance. Actually, I can’t even tell you how well it works because it’s still not installed thanks to all the delays with delivery and then poor expectations set with installers.
