I have been buying these pans for over 22 years( approx. 4-5 sets a year), and as soon as the heat hits the pans, they change color immediately. This is "planned obsolescence" at its best-meaning they are not to supposed to last very long. GE use to guarantee their work, now it is buyer beware. I gave them a fair rating because they really look good for the first day when you have guest over. You better hope the guest leave early, because after two days of cooking three meals a day these pan will look very old almost before you would have had a chance to see your own reflection in a brand new set of pan. Ands all of that is without one spill. In fact, one little spill cannot be cleaned without further damage to the sheen of the metal.

Within a week the finish has come off and I am unable to get them clean. I am incredibly disappointed. There just seems to be a lack of quality in products today, and nobody seems to care.

These pans get rusty very quickly. I've been very careful about stuff spilling over, but within a few days they started to look old. I figure I'd have to replace them very often if I want to maintain a great look on my stove. But at the price, I can't see doing that every two to three weeks.

The pans were supposed to be 6" and 8". The 6" fit well, but the 8" were closer to 9 1/2" and far too large, so aren't usable.

My only problem with these were that my stove has three small and one large burner but the package had a pair of each. Otherwise they were a perfect fit for the stove and good quality.

The GE burner rings work fine and look okay. The wife is happy with them. They seem to be better than generic ones because they fit without modification.

  • Did not fit properly.
  • December 08, 2015

The drip pans were the correct for my range. They are somewhat universal, but they do not fit down against the flat surface. Very disappointed. Two fit and two do not.

These fit my GE electric range perfectly, unlike the off-brand drip pans that were previously installed.
