I ordered a 3 pack and none of them made the overdue days in the fridge go away. I was sent 3 more and none of them worked to get rid of it.

very cheaply made; box with three filters contained NO printed information. ( NONE were included with the refrigerator eitther!) IT was terrible trying to get the OLD filter out and then insert the new one.....it took looking up on line for solutions that were provided by equally frustrated customers......a simple mark on 4 sides with a color code both inside the refigerator and corresponding colors / marks on the device would have quite helpful....plus, there needs to be PRINTED instructions saying " do not twist" as this is precisely what we did and then had a huge problem.....this product is way overpriced and quite cheaply made.....disgusting.

It is very easy to replace this water filter. Buy it.

Using my ice maker and the water from my fridge leaves a lot of residue at the bottom of my water cup. Too much money for these filters to see this. UNACCEPTABLE and a very UNHAPPY customer. 🙁

The water is never clear. There is a lot of carbon flakes floating in the water. I tried two new filters and they are both the same. Cannot believe the most expensive filter is having such a horrible quality

I bought these water filters because they’re the only ones I know that will fit my refrigerator. They do work as expected. The price is a bit high.

We didn’t get a filter. We received a very fancy flashlight instead. Not sure what happened. We were asked to return the flashlight, so we did. We still haven’t received a water filter.

They work just fine but are very much overpriced. GE purposely screwed their customers by putting a chip on the filter. Without the chip it does not work. Thanks GE!
