Works great. We replaced a previous GE with this one. It shuts down though if you run it too much in a row. When we try to do while potatoes it fautls.out for then2nd run.

Simply to operate. Love the touch buttons if you need to cook something for 3 minutes just push 3 and it starts cooking for 3 minutes.

I just had the microwave installed and it did not come with an owners manual to show me how to operate it. I had to go online and print one. This is not what I would expect with a new product purchase. Very disappointed.

installation team was horrible. For starters I saw they had the microwave box sitting on its end when there were very large arrows on the box that said “this side up”. They also put 3 extra holes in my cabinet that were no needed because they could not find where to put the screw. Lastly they did not bring a ladder for an over the range microwave installation. Either they were inexperienced or did not have the tools needed to do the job. Using my kitchen chair to stand on _without_ asking is more than unprofessional.

We bought our house and was told all of our appliances are new so we werent expecting to have to replace anything. The old model of this was what we had and it worked great so we got the same one to keep it all matching and its so much quieter and even though its the same microwave its so much better than the older model.

The unit look and work good and it take about 30 minutes to install it so it pretty easy to do following the instructions

I have ge microwave previously I had to replace with ge only. Our previous microwave broke down in about 4 years. We were not happy but have no other choice

We are excited about this product. We can't wait to heat something.

I've seen some questionable reviews on this model but we've had it for about month now and haven't had any problems. The the price category, it's a solid choice for any home.
