We love this microwave and oven combo. Use it 4 times per week.

Just getting acquainted with my Combination Microwave/Wall Oven. So far I have found it to be easy to understand and easy to find settings I need and/or am interested in. Just trying now how to figure out to reach the back of my Microwave should I need to clean off the back wall. Should I take the door off? If so, please let me know how to do that if you would.

A big upgrade and an excellent purchase . Wife loves how fast it gets to temp. and recovers after opening the door. Good lighting easy to operate.

It's a great looking microwave/oven. It was installed today, and I am sure that we will enjoy it very much. Easy to use and it is very user friendly.

The oven and microwave work very efficiently and cook things well. It fit perfectly in the space the previous Hotpoint oven/ microwave occupied. The touch control panel is taking a lot of time to figure out how to control the oven and microwave. "Shortcut" features add to the confusion. You have to forget everything you knew and "DO IT MY WAY". Did the control panel designers actually talk to people that would have to use this combination to cook something?

This is a great appliance. It's super easy to use, multi-functional, and convenient.

I like my GE Microwave/Oven. Product is working good. However it was damaged on the top when received. The delivery/installation tech tested it for performance, and the indention did not interfere with performance. He also took a picture, stating we should be able to get some money back if we keep it, and he would send picture and paper work to GE. Since then I have not heard back regarding the issue. I would appreciate an update.

Great appliance and it looks great too. Love the warmer feature it keeps food ready for meals.

Just installed unit. Huge problem. The fan sounds like a motorcycle revving. We live in a peaceful place. Last thing we desire is an alliance that comes with an urban noise issue. Very disappointed.

Hard to really rate as the appliance was just installed. Have only used the microwave as of yet, but so far so good. It looks great.

LOve it all but the microwave does not heat as fast as my other one but still good. The lower oven is excellant and right on with the temperature. Love both.

We read many reviews about the two ovens and got mixed reviews....had other "Profile" series products from GE, and enjoyed....came to conclusion that many of the negative reviews were more likely "operator error" or "hasty judgement". Your products are "sophisticated" and require some "logical thinking" and "patience" while learning...we can handle that...love the ovens..

We love our new GE Profile combination oven & microwave - the microwave is quite large & easy yo use! We love the ease of the slide out shelving in the oven and the convection feature!

Like the unit but dont like that you cant set the microwave to the minute.

Only had the combination Microwave-Convection Oven for a few days but LOVE it so far. Loaded with features, more than was told to me when purchasing. Replaced a 38 year old similar GE combination unit with only minor cabinet modifications (1/2 inch cut on width) before installer was able to slide the new unit in place. Also VERY pleased with installer (Sam Johnson) who was professional and took his time to not damage anything else as he did a perfect installation.

Love it! It looks great in our kitchen. We are still learning all the bells and whistles. :) We did have an issue with installation and had to hire someone to make an adjustment to make it fit. I have submitted the required paperwork for the "Fit Guarantee" program.

Obviously sturdy. Intuitive to use. It's what we have come to expect from GE Profile. We were given pause by GE's Cafe line, which has fancier colored graphics, a halogen oven within the microwave, built-in recipes and a few other differences, but this suits us and matches our Profile dishwasher.

This unit is beautiful and stylish. Just installed and getting to know how to use it. I love the easy pull out rack, so smart. The pull down microwave handle is a plus as well. We needed a specific size to retrofit within our existing kitchen cabinetry and it is perfect. Thanks

Great that GE is manufacturing 27" ovens for older houses. Definitely an upgrade from my older GE with many more features at your fingertips. Learning curve to familiarize yourself with new selections. Luckily I am tall so I don't have difficulty using microwave with door that drops down vs swings open to the side.

I love the way this looks. Easy wipe down clean up. Can't wait to use the convection for the first time.

i wish the knob that controls the temp didn't do it 15 seconds increments, and there was something that would let me know when the lower oven has reached the right temp.

The microwave only allows settings in 15 second increments. Seriously? Avoid unless you want to buy another small countertop microwave to handle 20 seconds etc. How could a company like GE do something so I’ll advised.

The new GE wall oven is working great now that I have figured out the controls. I like that all the controls are in one area rather than separate for the microwave and the oven. I don't know if I will ever bake in the microwave part, but it's good to know I can if necessary.

The wall ovens were installed only a few weeks ago. I am still adjusting to the features. I have to rely on the manual to understand how they function, but so far I am satisfied with them.

The microwave and convection oven look good, fit well into the cabinet from which our old micro/oven was removed (this was the primary limiting factor on selection of this appliance) and have very intuitive controls. The new one is much improved in appearance and style and more features that do work well on first use. However, about 10 days after installation the lower oven stopped working altogether. The serviceman took it apart and checked every electrical connection but eventually decided that there had been some software update which came out in the past month and which had not been incorporated before installation. He reset the codes and the oven now works again. I am not convinced that this will be the end of vaguely-explained electrical failures with this appliance and I feel greatly relieved that I did buy a 5 year warranty.
