So far, so good. This unit performs at a much higher level than our last one (Samsung). I especially like the top rack as this prevents using the glass rack for large utensils. It isn’t loud and love the choice of a one hour wash cycle.

It’s a good dishwasher. However the wheels on the bottom rack keep coming off. I can put the gadget back on but it’s very annoying.

Recently installed this dishwasher and so far I am loving it. It is extremely quiet and gets the dishes cleaned well. The controls are nice and with lots of options to choose from. Easy to install. Took about three hours since it was my first dishwasher install and I took my time to make it right. All of my appliances are GE stainless steel. However, the microwave already went out once with fuse issue. Hopefully this dishwasher doesn’t prematurely go out early. My ref, gas stove and microwave bought at the same about 5 years now. Like I said, microwave went out first but it’s fix by home warranty. I’m hoping they all last long or else l’ll be so upset if they don’t since all my appliances are from GE

Installed yesterday and ran twice so far. Installation was super easy and straight forward. Overall the features of this washer are very nice. Having the extra top flat rack is great for our drink life and long silverware. Device is quiet and controls are straightforward.

We have owned this dishwasher for about 2.5 years. We are sick and tired of cheap plastic wheels and other parts that easily pop off of the bottom rack and then melt on the heating element. These problems could have been easily fixed if design engineers cared (or thought) at all. Who puts pop-off parts, made of materials that that melt, next to a heating element? Tonight's pop off part was melted on the heating element, noticed when I smelled smoke. Will try to attach photo. We have lost about half of the wheels from the bottom rack because of this.

Trim on the controller broke off. It’s a common problem with these GE dishwashers. Very disappointing. To fix this it requires replacing the entire control panel which is too expensive. I hope GE understands this is a product design flaw and replaces the part for free

Replaced an old (21 years) dishwasher with a new GE Energy Efficient Model. This machine does a great job of cleaning the dishes and it does so much better than the one we replaced. It's so much quieter too. We highly recommend this unit.

So far so good! I’ve only had this dishwasher for three full days, but I ran a cycle and it is SO much quieter than my older model! I love the addition of the bottle jets as well as the option to only run the top or bottom (although I really only run it when it’s full so will likely always use both). The only thing I don’t love about this particular model is the location of the silverware tray. It has no option to hang on the door or on the front, so I always need to fully open the bottom tray in order to access it, which is slightly annoying.

Great features on dishwasher with sani/steam. Easy removable filter for cleaning debris. Quiet washing cycles. Absolutely love it!

The machine is great but after not even having it a year the silver piece around the controls are coming off very disappointing

Was looking for a dishwasher and I specifically searched for a GE brand. I would not settle for any other brand.

We were curious how this brand would be, we replaced a different brand after 12 years. I’ll admit, it didn’t take long to convince us that we hit the jackpot. This dishwasher is all that and some.

This is replacing a 2 year old Whirlpool that died. Love the top mounted controls and how quiet it is! Using it as we speak and it's amazing

This replaced a bottom of the line Whirlpool that suffered from poor was performance. This unit is ady to use. Washes so much better than my old unit and looks great in my kitchen.

There are many things about this dishwasher that I love first of all it has adjustable racks so if you have something tall on the bottom, you can move the top rack up or vice versa. You can move it down. I also love the rack on the top for flat things such as utensils, the bottle washing jets are also a plus lots of options on wash cycles as well. The stainless steel exterior is easy to keep clean.

Bought dishwasher, side by side refrigerator and built in Owen May 19, 2020. All wheels fell of and melted on heating elements in the 1st 6 months. I ordered replacement but they kept falling of. Result of that is spinner is broken too and there is no replacement. Which means after 3 years my dishwasher is useless. Plastic cover at the bottom of th fridge also broke soon after we got it. I thought I was buying good quality brand when I was purchasing new appliances from my home. These are made so badly it’s ridiculous.

I have been using this dishwasher for 2 weeks now and put the “no rinse necessary” to the test. I’ve only had one mixing bowl come out needing to be cleaned after going through the washer without being rinsed. The space is uniquely designed and took a couple of loads to figure out the best configuration, but it uses space well and can hold plenty of dishes.

The bottom drawer roller comes off the front left because of the way it faces. If you have any weight on that are you have to lift it up.

The door is so light.. I was so used to my old GE. Nothing is made like it used to be. This unit requires cascade rinse agent or it doesn’t dry well. The unit is pretty quiet. I doubt it will last 15 years like my old one.

So far so good. Was easy to install. Easy to clean the outside and not the quietest but I like hearing the water run. It’s not that loud either. Cleans the dishes right up and love the extra rack on top inside.

We actually have a GE profile 2900 series similar to this model. We have loved it for 17+ years and now must replace it. It died one day, thankfully no prolonged fiddling around, just started leaking but still looks great. After 17 years figured repair might just be prolonging so plan to replace with this model.

I just received it it looks amazing, hopefully it lasts longer than other brands

My old dishwasher was so noisy. I can’t even hear my new one running when I’m standing next to it!! I love all the feature including sanitize and bottle jets.
