I’m truly loving the finished work ??

My cushions were sky blue and I wanted to paint them cream. After four cans per cushion, Ii now have gray cushions. I should have purchased new … what a waste of money!

I LOVVVVE the color and the ease of using this spray on my outdoor cushions. It really gave my cushions an uplift. You could not tell I spray painted the cushions. It made them look brand new again.

My cushions used to be light gray before fading so I bought the Onyx, which is actually a dark gray color not black. All 4 cans sprayed, no clogs. I did two coats on each (8) cushions, but did not do the backs or the bottoms because you can’t see those where I have them so I would not waste any extra spray paint. If you are using this I would suggest to use a color your cushions used to be or something close to it. It will not cover patterns and it will not change the color of the cushions

Pricey but worth it! My patio cushion covers would have cost a fortune to replace given their unique shape. This is the ONLY fabric spray that has EVER held true to it’s promise of preserving the fabric’s original soft texture. Shake Suddenly Sapphire well, it will need at least 3 coats for an even application bc it comes out very fine. Example: I needed 1 whole can for 1st coat on the tops and sides of 2 cushions. At $14 a can it can get up there but it’s still better than replacing cushions!

This was the perfect solution to repaint faded cracked upholstery on a jet boat! Pictures should be allowed , what a transformation !!

Worked really well on my umbrella, I had to get three more cans to cover the entire area but I think it came out really well.

I had two nice quality red outdoor throw 18” x 18”throw pillows that faded greatly over 5 years. Rather than replace, I decided to paint with the rum punch color. Each side required at least four coats of spray. The design is still visible. The feel of the fabric after the paint hard and rough. After several hours stretching into days of effort, I am replacing the pillows. I don’t recommend due to the cost, time and effort associated.

I was quite impressed with the results. I was able to fill in places that were completely worn on my pontoon boat. It took a lot of coats.

I was very pleased with the results of this fabric paint. I used this on two 19' umbrella that we were getting ready to replace. Instead of spending $600 to replace each umbrella I was able to refurbish each umbrella for around $50. I applied 5 coats of paint to the umbrella and it took about 1 can per coat. The paint was easier to apply than you would expect. The nozzle allowed good coverage but when I applied too much in one area it wasn't a concern because the paint was absorbed into the fabric similar to dye. It dried quick and I applied another coat every 30 minutes. Very impressed with the results.

I used on leather it’s worked great!

Initially purchased rustoleum outdoor fabric spray which ended up being complete trash because the nozzle kept getting clogged. I was hesitant to try Glidden but glad I did. The coverage was awesome and never once did the nozzle get clogged. It took a couple of coats for me to completely cover 8 pillows 4 seats & 4 backs. I purchased 7 cans and it did the trick. The texture dried rough but seems to be softening the longer they sit in the sun. This is well worth buying than buying replacement pillows due to sun fading.

I picked this one up because it seemed like it would be great for mixed media art. It’s a beautiful color, one of my favorite types of greens. It has a beautiful matte finish. And it sticks well to paper and canvas. I took pictures of the color in different light so you can see the variation. This is after only a few light passes, but I can’t wait to see how dark I can make this!

The idea was to make some mushroom-shaped birdhouses out of Paper Mache to cover up some tall tree stumps. But EVERYONE knows that paper mache will not stand up to the weather for very long, unless cement is a main ingredient. This is a brief description of the project. Using a bowl and a balloon as my basic shapes, I covered each with heavy magazine paper and cloth mixed with CEMENT ALL from Home Depot. When each layer of paper mache was dry, I coated it with PERMA-CRETE COLOR SEAL SATIN INTERIOR/EXTERIOR CONCRETE (also from HD). Then another layer and so on. The PERMA-CRETE is thick, covers well, fills in cracks, and paints smoothly with a brush. The final layer was GLIDDEN MAX FLEX Exterior Fabric Spray Paint and Primer – one can of OATMEAL and one can of PEPPERED PECAN. I was quite pleased with the spray paint. It covered well and dried fast. Now, we place the birdhouses on the stumps and wait for the birds, and see if I beat the weather.

I couldnt find replacement cushions so decided to try Glidden's Romantic Isle and Rustoleums blue color (can't remember the name). The Rust-Oleum color was pretty but the spray wasn't consistent, puddled up and took much longer to dry. Glidden's has a broader spray that didn't puddle and dried nearly instant. Glidden's left the fabric a bit stiffer but seems more protective. Sprayed a cushion with the hose right after and no bleeding. Would definitely use again.

This spray helps you to give some new life to your old outdoor cushions and umbrellas. I used it to spray over light areas of my navy blue and white cushions that, despite washing, still have spots and some staining. This color is very sheer and covered the white fairly well and was spotty on the darker color blue. It's no big deal for these cushions but be careful to match your item to the closest color for the best results. It leaves a fabric feel to the cushion, soft and pliable, not stiff. Just match your color.

I got this, as we created a pond and waterfall in our backyard. The pond liner is solid black and hard to make it look natural. So we got this to spray the outside area with, to stack our stones over. Now instead of a black liner peaking out behind our stones, we have a natural color, which looks so much better. I used this outside of the pond, not in the water, not where the fish are. So the edging and waterfall look more natural. I love how it looks, it really improved the look so much. It's only been about a month, but holding up great outdoors so far. No complaints. Was perfect for my project.

I received this GLIDDEN MAX FLEX 12 oz. Satin Romantic Isle Exterior Fabric Spray Paint and Primer and I'm so happy about this product the color is so beautiful it brightens up an area of dullness. What I used it for was to bring back life to an old welcome mat. It was easy to spray and it sprayed out smooth and even I am happy with the results it made to old my mat. It did not change the texture of it either. And it dried very fast.

The Glidden max flex spray on my experience is not great for fabric, I'm not sure what fabric it will cover well but I tested on 2 items , my old sneaker and an outdoor pillow and the soft areas it is barley noticeable that it was sprayed, on the rubber part of the shoe it covered well and I'll agree it does keep product somewhat smooth without crispying up the fabric. And also it dried super fast. I don't think there is any spray paint that will completely cover with paint and keep the original feel, I think this works if you have something very similar color and maybe dirty stain and just to touch up or refresh your old sneakers, I'll recommend for items other than fabric

Oops made a mistake didn't read the part about this being fabric spray. Well anyway the old milk chute needed a refresh. I figured with primer built into this can of spray paint it should adhere to the milk chute. Wiped and sanded the milk chute. Gave it two coats of paint. Looks nice and dried just like the directions stated. After the five minutes gave it a second coat looks nice. The milk chute is on the south side of our home. So lots and lots of sun. I think time will tell how long it will last. But it looks good and we like it. Great color too.
