This cart is perfect! First, the other reviews that mentioned how easy it is to put together are right. I had a long day before picking up the item and didn't think I could pay attention enough to assemble the cart, but I ignored common sense and started assembling it late at night. Everything is packaged to correspond to the steps, with very detailed images, in the instructions. I usually screw up assembly and I got this right on the first try. The cart was put to use the next day. I had to cut up some downed trees for firewood and this cart made the work simple. The best part of the cart, other than the dump feature, are the tires. They are huge and roll over anything. I then filled the cart up with a bunch of large rocks for landscaping and it hauled and dumped them like a champ. This would be a bargain at twice the price. One note, though...make sure you have a tire pump, as the tires on mine were not fully inflated.

I was looking for a garden/yard cart so I was happy when they came on sale. I read all the reviews on the one i bought and everyone that would meet my needs. The biggest complaints I read were about putting it together and the rubber smell. The tools listed to put it together with are not the best option by any means a ratchet/socket wrench or a ratcheting box wrench and a short flat blade screwdriver are much faster and easier use. The smell when you walk into your garage is like walking into a tire store, i don't mind it. I will say that the tires must be pumped up to 30# psi so if you don't have a pump to do that before you put the wheels on take them to the gas station and air them up. It took me just under 30 min to put together. The cart easily carries the weight and pulls easy, the dump feature is nice and works well. Cart is very stable and maneuverable. I find it a great investment. I have had it a month but put it to work as soon as it was put together as my grand-kids old wagon just did not cut it.

I wanted a cart for my small lawn jobs like hauling some mulch and pebbles. This is something that I think would be able to get the job done. There are few annoyances but once you are over that you should be good. Here are the annoyances: 1. Upon unboxing, there is a strong stench of some commercial chemicals that might have been used to make the plastic tray. 2. The assembly is not a 1 person job for sure. You would need two people to get the job done and about 30 minutes of time. 3. The nuts and bolts are not easy to put and there are no tools shipped along with it to do the job. 4. The plastic tray is very flexible and not sure if it will hold 600 pounds weight. But as I said, I am not looking to put a load anywhere close to that. It's a good product but certainly there is a room for improvement in it. I have used other Gorilla products and have been impressed with them. Overall, for me, the cart works just fine and am happy with it.

I finally have a cart to help me in the garden and around the yard! This Gorilla Garden Cart came disassembled in the box which at first seems quite daunting until you look at the nuts and bolts nicely compartmentalized and vacuum packed in plastic. (See the photos below) These directions are probably the best laid out diagrams I have ever seen! No words needed. Step 1 shows you the pieces needed first and you go to the card with all of the parts and pull out the Step 1 parts. The directions show that you need to have a Phillips screwdriver and two wrenches or pliers. I was able to put it all together by myself within a half hour. Even though the locking nuts ensure that the pieces don't come apart I had difficulty screwing them down completely so I pulled out a 13mm socket/rachet wrench which made the work so much faster. At first I thought that the poly bed was too flexible; I didn't think it would be durable but ,thankfully, I was wrong! I can put branches and wood into the cart without a problem. If the bed of the cart weren't slightly bendable it would probably break. It has a sturdy base that doesn't allow the cart to tip over easily. This company also makes other garden carts of different sizes and the reviewers mentioned the smell when you opened the box. I noticed that the pneumatic tires had a strong rubber smell but who cares? The cart stays outside anyway and after they aired out I never noticed the smell again. Overall, I really enjoy this durable garden cart which easily travels over hills and bumps in the terrain. I would highly recommend this cart!

Love this little wagon/dumptruck! I have used it to distribute soil, mulch and rainwater all over my yard. Also use it to hold yardwaste bags while I pull weeds or empty lawnmower bag. My husband used it to carry tools, etc while building our new fence. Love it!

this cart is invaluable for its diversity, durability, functionality and overall ease of use. Not only good for hauling dirt, but I can stack the trash for the curb in one swoop, buy 40lb bags of bird seed and transport to the shed for easy removable and last but not least I don't have to haul a case of beer to the fridge without injuring myself

We used it first to shift soil from front to back of the house, we were so happy that this unit is so much easier to use than the traditional wheelbarrow for many reasons

Has a bad smell!

I do not think this could hold 600 pounds and dump 300 pounds, it's just too light weight. The plastic is too thin and flimsy. You need 2 people to put the nuts and bolts in as you have to keep the screw from turning and making a bigger hole... it has a square base under the screw head. As the nuts are the kind with nylon in them... it's a 2 person job. Came with 2 flats on the tires already, so hoping they hold air.... I think a metal cart would have been a better choice.

I ordered this cart online and it is smaller than I anticipated. It is hard to judge sizes by looking at dimensions and it is about the side of a Radio Flyer wagon- with better frame and wheels. It is not as sturdy as I had hoped for the cost, but it will work for the purposes I needed it for. The tires came deflated, which is aggravating, but overall, a decent purchase.

Fun, fun, fun! Great for yard work. The dump function works easily. Very easy to put together. I got practice as a kid putting together erector sets, so this was a breeze!

Cart was easy to assemble. Haven't been able to use it yet; waiting for Spring. The big tires will make it more efficient.

Love it. I'm a 72 year old woman that is doing a lot of yard work, hauling dirt etc. and this is so much easier than a wheel barrow that might tip over. Having the dumping ability is wonderful.

Green tub not as thick and sturdy as we thought it would be.

The Gorilla Cart is working like a champ. We have a large pile of gravel to move and after the 10rh wheelbarrow load, and blowing up the tire twice. We decided we need to work smarter, not harder. We ordered the Gorilla Dump Cart online from Home Depot and it was delivered promptly. (less than 3 days) to our rural home. My husband put the cart together easily and started using it to move the gravel. Now his arms, shoulders, lower back and knees are not killing him trying to lift and roll that wheelbarrow. He can load the cart and easily pull it to where the gravel is needed, pull the lever and dump the load of gravel. I then can move the gravel around to cover the area. We are in our mid fifties and have finally figured out that a self standing, easily pulled and dumped cart is so much better than that tripod back killer. Bonus, it holds a lot of groceries when emptying the car. I am so glad we decided on this great, versatile garden Dump Cart.

Tub should not be plastic for that price and usage!!!

Excellent cart, made of excellent quality parts! What first appears like it will be difficult to put together is made simple when you realize the parts are separated to match the corresponding step of assembly. I used this cart to ferry water buckets back and forth after hurricane Irma from the free flow at the well to the house. Used it 2 days after power came back, along with one wheelbarrow, to move 7 tons of gravel. And it's still in tip top condition, This thing is a beast!

It's a great every day garden cart. I haven't tried it with anything large or heavy enough to give an honest opinion on what it can handle. This isn't going to totally replace a wheelbarrow if you have large projects but maybe the larger model might. Feels very sturdy after assembly and I really like the dump feature.

This is a good cart. It takes a bit of muscle to assemble but not difficult.

The Cart is what I expected from the design, i did not use it yet so not sure how it will perform. Assembly was quite easy with one of the most precise and clear directions I have ever seen, especially the small parts encased in plastic wrap and lettered to the instructions.

Just what I needed!

Delivered to home . Easy to put together. Seems very sturdy and can carry lots. I piled 5 big bags of potting soil in and it easily pulled with minimal effort. Love it
