So, I order this gorilla cart online and paid an additional $10 for express shipping. It arrived the next day as i requested, it was even assembled. Everything seemed great until I took a closer look. There were plenty of loose nuts and bolts. I've included pictures of the issues I found. I would have been happy with the purchase and the cart seems strong. I'm just disappointed in the conditions of the cart tat was sent to me.
They say a picture is worth 1000 words, so.........
I can actually tilt this thing down, pull that 100-lb jack with 50-lbs worth of tools, and haul it all up to where I'm working on a car. I was planning to build a 3/4 plywood deck for it with 2x4 side rails, because I thought the plastic wouldn't last. But I was wriing.
This is my 2nd cart. Moved across the country and had to leave the old one behind. And I definitely needed to own it again I love it!! I love it for all my gardening and lawn care, we have even put it in the trunk, and used it with our kids

I have had this cart for about 3 months overall was very satisfied ...... until I used it today and the poly bin cracked when I was dumping some garden soil out of it. I went to their website for warranty parts only to find out this part is not on their warranty. I own many gorilla products and this is not what I expected from them. very disappointed

This is a good cart. It performs well. It's best features are the real rubber tires and dumping option. It rolls and turns easily. You dump by pulling a spring loaded handle and tilting the tub up. It locks down when not dumping. It's not very difficult to put together, but it is a tedious process. Plan on spending about 30-60 min or so. Having a socket set and a large screwdriver helps. The actual tub is plastic, while the axle, handle, and frame underneath are metal. I believe this is fine for light to moderate jobs, but I wouldn't think the plastic part would hold up to any really heavy duty work, you can bend the plastic with your hands. Overall I think this is a good value for the price. We will be using it for light garden work around our property and for hauling packages up from the bottom of the driveway. I plan on keeping it in the garage so it's not exposed to the weather. Hopefully it lasts a long time. I did notice that Home Depot sells replacement wheels if needed for a reasonable price. I would recommend this product.
I love my Gorilla cart. It's very sturdy, easy to steer, and the big fat tires cover rugged, uneven ground nicely. It hauls whatever I need it to, like plants, dirt, lumber, tools and even the dog. Assembly wasn't difficult, but it did take 2 of us an hour or so. The dumping feature is an added plus and is easy to maneuver. This cart wasn't my first initial choice, but I'm sure glad it was the one I ended up buying.
If you do not have patience do not purchase this cart. I finally watched a video to put this together, they state two people recommended but not necessary to put together, it is absolutely necessary and preferrably not your spouse, it will cause a fight! The tools recommended do not work, you will have to improvise and be prepared to spend at least two hours to assemble. The space is not adequate with the size of the bolts to tighten. You can’t even get a quarter turn each time. I would question the authenticity of those saying easy to assemble.
Very clear and labeled directions and parts. Took my time with assembly.and. It took me (female65) approximately an hour to put together. Would reccomend a socket and ratchet for nuts and bolts. It is perfect for my yard, as I hawl alot of sand and stone. My only complaint is with the plastic of the wagon. It should be much thicker or stronger. Its rated for 600 lbs but I wouldn't try or be able to move that much weight safely. I love the dumping feature for sand and mulch! Wheels are sturdy and seem to handle varied terrains with little problems. I would reccomend this wagon for back yard enthusiasts!
