In my opinion the cart is value for the money. It is a cheap cart and my expectations were not high, but I was not disappointed. It is lightly constructed and should be treated that way. ALL of the parts needed for assembly were included. The painting was good, and everything fit together with an occasional nudge during assembly. I use it to haul a "portable" 120-pound generator in and out of a garage and across a gravel driveway. Since the generator sits on four small legs, I installed a thin plywood floor to keep the generator legs from deforming the expanded mental, which is not heavy duty (but again you are not paying for heavy duty). I highly recommend a floor, especially if you plan hauling anything approaching the 400-pound rating. Be careful turning a very tight circle as a high centered load might tip. Be mindful of the lightweight material used to construct the handle. The handle works okay for when pulling, but seems very flimsy when pushing and feels like it could bread easily when doing so. It might be able to handle a 400-pound load, but in my opinion you would be severely testing the limits of this design.
EZ to assemble and tough, holding up well in a marina environment. I bought a second one, good price point. I made up a bracket and tow it behind my ebike, total time and work saver here on the docks.

Instructions were straightforward and nuts, bolts and pins were grouped and numbered according to the instruction steps. Very thoughtful.
I use this to haul firewood from a pickup truck to a stash. I try to carefully lower the wood on to the cart but sometimes I drop 80-100lbs wood logs on to the cart from the height of a pickup truck bed, and I haven't noticed any deformation or damage on the cart. All while I was assembling this I was wondering why I bought this since I already have a wheelbarrow. The cart is actually much better for my purpose. The haul is over uneven ground and a wheelbarrow tends to tip to the sides. Not a huge issue with a wheelbarrow as long as you're paying attention, however this cart remains conveniently stable on uneven ground with a load in it.

Have had this cart for a year with minimal use and stored in garage in winter. When the tags/labels last almost perfectly but the coating on the cart itself doesn't what is the point. Too thin steel to blast even with a soda blaster to repaint with proper rust resistant paint, blows holes right through the steel.

Nice and sturdy but two of the outside rails were bent. I had to adjust them to make them fit. I made mine into a party cart as a gift. The top being counter height and with all the wood added, the cart still pulls nicely and is stable.

This is a great cart with terrible tires from a company with bad customer service. I was thrilled with this cart in the beginning. I used to haul garden soil, mulch, plants and it is perfect for that. The problem has been the tires. All tires seem to need air every time I want to use the cart...what a hassle! One tire in particular goes completely flat very quickly, despite efforts to improve the seal around the rim. While in storage through the winter, it completely cracked and split. I ordered the proper replacement tires from Gorilla Carts, but they don't fit. The axle on my cart is too short for the new improved tires. It doesn't allow enough space for a washer and pin. (See photos, one shows old tire with pin, one shows new tire that doesn't allow length for a washer and pin.) I tried to resolve at Home Depot with no success, then contacted Gorilla Carts directly asking for a solution. They have completely ignored me.

perfect for hauling tools
Perfect for my tool hauling through jobsites loved it
I have owned for over 3 years and it is a workhorse. Used it for many projects like a total of 8 pallets of paver stone stacked inside with each load weighing over 800lbs including the sand and paver base bags. 1000sqft of tile, mortar, and grout for my back patio, 3 pallets of sod to the backyard and 3 cords of wood. Never had an issue with this little beast and all i did was perform normal maintenance of greasing bearings, pivot points, and putting slime in the tires. **love it so much I am buying a second one this weekend***

This is exactly what we were looking for, we plan to use it for everything from gardening and home projects, and hauling kindling & wood. This is a sturdy well made cart, and the pneumatic tires make it easy to go anywhere on our property. But the biggest reason is to give our older dog a ride when he gets tired, we have 3 pugs who all like to go for walks all over. And having to carry a 25lb pug for a mile is not so much fun!
