Solid construction, but have experienced some sticking when frying eggs....
Solid construction, but have experienced some sticking when frying eggs. Unless you use butter or such, eggs develop an odd appearance/texture on the fried side. Does not affect taste, nor are they burned. Just odd. Pan can easily hold four hamburgers and they do not stick at all. Cleans easily
