I purchased this for my dog’s fenced backyard as he was constantly tracking in dirt and mud and I could not keep grass growing in that area. I bit the bullet and bought this and had it professionally laid. It has proven to be one of the best investments I’ve ever made. He loves it, lays on it, plays on it and it doesn’t get hot in the summer. I try to stay on top of cleaning up the poop, but this winter I was hospitalized for a while and it was a mess when I returned. I got a shovel and cleaned it all up and then use the power washer to blow off that that I couldn’t. I occasionally hose it down in the areas where he pees but I’ve never had any odor emanating from it. I live in a state with extreme weather conditions and we have a lot of cold weather and snow which has not affected it over 2 winters. Its a great product!

Before buying artificial grass to cover a small section of our drought-tolerant backyard, I did a lot of research on different brands of turf because even covering a small 15’x13’ section would be pricy. From reading reviews, I learned quickly that some other brands don’t hold up as well in the Southwestern states, and some even melt. Most of these brands seem to be made overseas though. Greenline impressed me because it’s manufactured in Texas, which led me to believe they take hot temps into consideration as they develop their products. None of the online reviews for their grasses mention anything about the grass melting. Beyond the positive reviews for Greenline that I found online from other buyers who live in hot climates, like Southern California and Arizona, the company also won me over by offering to send free samples via its company website. I ordered three different samples which arrived within a few days. Although the green is slightly brighter with the Fescue 50 versus the Fescue 65, My husband and I decided to go with the Fescue 50 because we like the shorter pile and thinner grass strands. We also liked that the materials used are the most recommended for long-lasting artificial grass. Our official order arrived within a week. The grass was packed well and extremely easy to roll out. There was a slight smell that disappeared very quickly and there were no rips or tears in the backing either. It is somewhat heavy though! Cutting it to fit around a built-in bench also took a bit of work, but all in all, this grass was an excellent purchase. After brushing some sand across the pile, the grass stood up straight. It’s made a world of difference in our canyon backyard, too. We’re curious to see how it holds up over time, but so far, we’re really pleased with the look, feel, and quality of this turf.

I installed exactly as recommended and the product is lovely. The blades stand up nice, and the under-woven threads give it a plush feel. Like most artificial turf, it's a bit "perfect," but the color, length, and mat are equal in quality to much more expensive products I have seen.

Grass was great quality and installation was straightforward based on what the online videos describe. It looks great and I'm glad we did this project!

This is pricey stuff but it is pretty nice. It doesn't get too hot, which is nice. However, it comes packed with the grass blades all laying horizontally in one direction. It takes time and a LOT of sand to get it to stand upright. I poured on just cheap play sand, 50lbs for every few feet, and then raked the heck out of it with a thick bristled brush to get the sand between the blades and hold them upright. Took 3-4x more sand than I thought. Then rake it again every few days and eventually the plastic blades will stand relatively upright and look normal. Be prepared for that! Otherwise, no complaints as the final product is really good.

Looks great and good quality

This was easy to install, but needed four people for adjusting the turf. I did expect a longer length of blade of grass but the texture was still tolerable to my young children's bare feet. Also the width of this product make for fewer seems in our project. Excellent product and was also given a small excess on the measurement which was appreciated.

Looks amazing and drains very well. It arrived undamaged, and was delivered right to my backyard! The install was fairly easy for me, and I have no experience with turf. It cuts easily with a box or carpet knife. Highly Recommend!

Not you old, plastic feeling astroturf, to be sure. This is a fairly soft, realistic looking artificial grass that will hopefully last us for many, many years...

I've purchased about 1500 sq ft in all and it has worked wonderfully. Matching seams up can be a little difficult, but if you let it lay out for a week or two it settles into place nicely. Easy to cut with a utility knife. I recommend cutting from the back, not from the front.

Nice roll of grass if your tired of mowing. 15 ft wide. Didn't need any seams. Grass length good, feel of grass was a bit plastic feeling, maybe because it's cold here now. Looks very good. Easy to install. Don't forget your weed barrier.

bought this for a part of our front yard,in the recent past installed the same turf in our back yard. very pleased with the product & i must say this is the longest i have EVER had a lawn this green !!!!

The product was fine the third partydelivery was a disaster. It was delivered twice and was not salvageable.

This grass rug is perfect for what I needed it for - and my dog LOVES to roll around on it! :)

After about 2 weeks of installing the turf, I am seeing spurts of grass coming through it. I did not expect to see this.

The synthetic turf came in as advertised, and looks very good. It could only be ordered at a HD store at the Pro counter who did a good job on my special circumstances of having the factory cut it into two lengths I wanted, and ship both to my home at the same time---made it much easier for handling too. It was advertised as free delivery, so the HD rep made that happen also. SNAFU on the seam tape/adhesive twice, but HD Customer rep finally made that happen in time for my install schedule. Thanks HD.

This grass was perfect for our project that required 5ft wide strips. The grass was very easy to cut to size with a box cutter and it was easy to install. After two weeks, the grass has held up to rain, snow, hail, and two 50 lb dogs running all over it.
