I ordered two of these for a bathroom renovation. They were so easy to install and match the same style of towel rack and toilet paper holder I’ve purchased as well. I installed them vertically because I wasn’t sure if they’d hold things well with how wide they are, and the vertical installation is perfect. The wider ends securely hold towels and more in place without letting them fall. They’ve upgraded the look of our bathroom in such a sleek, polished, and minimal way!

This brushed nickel robe hook looks great and was very easy to install. It adds a clean, modern touch to the space and feels sturdy once mounted.

Terrible! One screw cracked in half midway through drilling and one wall anchor pushed through drywall when screwing the hook into it. Not sure why all the good reviews. I've installed more robe hooks and towel hooks than I can count and never had issues like this. Junk

Easy to set up, but I'm not a big fan of the set screw mounting. Keep the allen key handy as I expect it will loosen up over time.

Item was broken and clearly returned by a previous customer but was sent out anyway so I had to make a trip to store which I was trying to avoid that’s why I had it delivered.

The hook was very easy to install. Looks pretty and works great. I also bought the matching towel bar and we are happy with both.

I purchased 2 of the Gatco Level Robe Hook for our bathroom. I liked the style and that the hardware was included in the package. We read the enclosed instructions fully, had the tools, and had the expertise needed to properly install this simple hardware. Unfortunately, after the molly bolts were securely (and irreversibly) anchored into the wall, we discovered that the screws just spun inside the bolts with nothing to grasp onto. Likely the end piece of the bolt failed, so the install failed.

Looks great and works great.

Poor quality, do not use the anchors provided with this product.
