I returned it unopened. I was pleased that it stayed in its original packaging throughout the process of me never using it.

The Molly bolts that come with these are trash. Use drywall anchors instead, so you don’t have to drill them out of your wall and do touchup drywall and paint work. The towel hangers themselves look great, at least.

Fairly easy to install

The hook looks really good when it’s mounted. The mounting system leaves MUCH to be desired. If they had a better mounting system for it, it would have gotten 5 stars.

Exactly what we wanted. The wall anchors seemed a little over kill, but were easy to install and the finished look is perfect.

The positive Side is we really like the hook itself, enough that we have several hooks as well as towel bars and rings. The quality and finish are good and seem to be standing up well. The negative. Upon opening one box I found the set screw missing. I will say it was only a problem in one package out of 7, Overall real happy with the purchase.

My first purchase someone had tampered w the original box and I discovered someone had removed the Allen screw. I returned to store to exchange.

It looks sleek and matches the rest of my hardware. Towel stay put pretty well. We use it to hang clothes too - that shirt that you will wear again tomorrow - and it doesn't fall off.

A multitasking compact attractive addition to the bathroom ensemble. Everything about this little tool is utilitarian. Flat base attaches securely to the wall, short stem accommodates clothes hangers, hooks hold multiple items. Amazingly symetrical, small and useful. Beautifully designed.
