I needed to remotely control some outlets, and this did exactly what I wanted. I have 4 of these...
I needed to remotely control some outlets, and this did exactly what I wanted. I have 4 of these units, now, and love them...I've had no issues running them for about a month, now. Setup & connection takes a few minutes through the app, but it's pretty seamless after that. I haven't used the scheduling feature to turn them on/off, but that is done through the app and looks fairly straight forward. I'm controlling both lamps and a dehumidifier with these smart plugs.

Too hard to set up not worth the effort
I found that these devices take up too much time to set up if you’re going to set up more than one it’s not worth it I also take up a lot of space on your Wi-Fi system which slows down your system so unless you have very very very good Wi-Fi bandwidth don’t bother with these

Works well and you program the schedule on your cell phone. Might be a little tricky to set up initially for those who are not too tech savvy. It says you can share control on another phone if that phone has the app but when I tried on my wife's phone I lost control on my phone. Customer support didn't answer call until the next day and by then I had figured it out

Glad this was cheap, plug & concept are nice but the app is terrible. A lot of time trying to figure things out and testing things as nothing is explained in the app.

Simple product that works well!
This is a simple an inexpensive product that works just well as intended. I use it to turn on/off older manual slow cooker that does not come with timer or any other electronic functions. Easy to setup and to operate remotely through the app. I looked at other similar products on the market and they were more complex and more expensive but I needed just something basic and simple.

It actually works. It wasn't that hard to set up...
It actually works. It wasn't that hard to set up either. And with this, I can turn on and off the light with my phone, from anyplace in the world, even when connected to the phone data only. It's amazing. And you can tell if the light is on or off from anyplace in the world. Amazing.

I have ALEXA. I wanted something to make it easier to turn on the lamp behind my TV. It works perfectly. I tell ALEXA to turn on the light, and boom my living room is lit up. Also, you can control this with your phone once you download the app. My daughter has tried it several times. She can turn it on/off from her room, outside approaching the house or from school 6 miles away.
